Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կազմակերպում է փախուստը
POLITICS«168 ժամ»-ը գրում է.
«Հայաստանում քաղաքականության տրամաբանությունն ու մեխանիզմը խախտվել է անդառնալիորեն։ Խնդիրը միայն այն չէ, որ իշխանությունը գործում է ընդդիմության տրամաբանությամբ, ընդդիմությունն էլ գործում է հիմնականում առանց տրամաբանության։ Կա ավելի խորքային դիսֆունկցիա, որի ամենավառ արտահայտությունը լինելու են առաջիկա արտահերթ ընտրությունները, եթե, իհարկե, դրանք տեղի ունենան։
Նորմալ պետական ու քաղաքական համակարգում ընտրության գլխավոր տրամաբանությունն այն է, որ քաղաքական ուժերը և գործիչները ներկայացնում են գաղափարներ, ծրագրեր ու վստահության քվե ստանալու դեպքում ստանձնում են, ուշադրություն, պատասխանատվություն՝ այդ խոստումներն իրագործելու համար։ Այսինքն՝ իշխանությունն առաջին հերթին պատասխանատվություն է, հետևաբար՝ ընտրություններում հաղթողն առաջին հերթին ստանձնում է պատասխանատվություն։ Սա քաղաքականության աքսիոմ է, դասագրքային կանոն, որի հիշատակումն անգամ այլ պայմաններում կարող էր ծիծաղելի թվալ։
Բայց ողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ Հայաստանում հիմա խախտվել է հենց այդ պարզագույն, դասագրքային կանոնը, և խախտողը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է՝ իր իշխանությամբ։ Նա, եթե չխաբի, մեկ նպատակ է հետապնդում. ցանկանում է արտահերթ ընտրություններ կազմակերպել և հավակնում է կրկին մնալ իշխանության։ Իշխանությունը, սակայն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար ոչ թե ինչ-որ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու միջոց է, այլ պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու հնարավորություն։ Իշխանության երեք տարիներին ու հատկապես 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում նա անձամբ և նրա իշխանությունը՝ որպես խմբակ, կատարել է այնպիսի ու այնքան գործողություններ կամ ցուցաբերել է այնպիսի անգործություն, որոնք երբևէ բավարար կարող են լինել տասնյակ կամ հարյուրավոր քրեական գործեր հարուցելու համար։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին այդ անարև հեռանկարից կարող է պաշտպանել միայն ու բացառապես իշխանությունը։ Հետևաբար, նա ընտրությունների միջոցով փորձելու է ոչ թե պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել, ինչպես ցուցանում է քաղաքականության կանոնը, այլ ճիշտ հակառակը՝ խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից, ինչպես հարիր է անհատական հանցագործներին կամ կազմակերպված բանդաներին»։
