«Ժողովուրդ»․ «Մերժի՛ր Սերժին», իսկ երեք տարի անց՝ «Նիկո՛լ, դավաճա՛ն»․ ինչ ունենք հեղափոխությունից հետո

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ ««Մերժի՛ր Սերժին», իսկ երեք տարի անց՝ «Նիկոլ դավաճա՛ն». ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնից Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականից անցել է երեք տարի: Թերեւս երեք տարի առաջ դժվար կլիներ պատկերացնել, որ հենց այս օրերին Հայաստանում կրկին բողոքի ակցիաներ են լինելու, եւ արդեն պահանջելու են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը: Իսկ ի՞նչ ունենք թավշյա հեղափոխությունից եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականից երեք տարի անց: Սկսենք այն դրական քայլերից, որոնք իրականացրել է այս կառավարությունը: Աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում. ուսուցիչների նվազագույն աշխատավարձը մեկ դրույքի համար սահմանվել է առնվազն 108 հազար դրամ, 2020-ի հունվարի 1-ից Երեւանի շտապ բժշկական օգնության շուրջ 950 աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձը բարձրացել է 10%-ով, իսկ, առհասարակ, 2020թ. հունվարի 1-ից նվազագույն աշխատավարձը 55 հազարից բարձրացել է մինչեւ 68 հազար դրամ, ինչի արդյունքում միջինը 20%-ով բարձրացել է մոտ 130 հազար աշխատողի աշխատավարձ: 2019 թվականին կառուցվել եւ հիմնանորոգվել է 350 կմ որակյալ ավտոճանապարհ, ինչպես նաեւ սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերով հիմնանորոգվել է եւս 110 կմ ճանապարհ, այսինքն` կառուցվել է շուրջ 460 կմ ճանապարհ: Այս կառավարության կողմից փորձ է եղել խթանելու ծնելիությունը՝ երեխայի ծնվելու համար նախատեսված գումարի չափն ավելացնելով: Մասնավորապես, առաջին եւ երկրորդ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը դարձել է 300 հազար դրամ, խնամքի նպաստը կրկնապատկվել է: Սրանք այն դրական քայլերն են, որոնք արձանագրվել են կառավարության աշխատանքի արդյունքում:

Սակայն այս ֆոնին ունենք նաեւ լուրջ ձախողումներ՝ ժողովրդավարությունից նահանջ, ագրեսիվ հարձակում իրավապահ համակարգի՝ մասնավորապես՝ դատական իշխանության նկատմամբ, պրոֆեսիոնալների դուրս թողում պետական համակարգից եւ այլն: Բայց այն կորուստների ֆոնին, որ արձանագրել ենք՝ որպես երկիր, վերը նշված դրական քայլերն արդեն կարեւորություն չեն ներկայացնում: Այսօր ունենք Արցախի 75 տոկոսի կորուստ, մոտ 4 հազար զոհեր, անհետ կորածներ, վիրավորներ, Հայաստանի անվտանգության սպառնալիք, արտաքին դաշնակիցների բացակայություն կամ պակաս, երկրի ներսում՝ ատելության մթնոլորտ, սեւի ու սպիտակի բաժանում.. Իհարկե, սա այս կառավարության երեք տարվա աշխատանքի արդյունքի խիստ համառոտ պատկերն է, բայց կորուստներն անչափելի են՝ ի հակակշիռ ձեռքբերումների»:
