«Մենք չորս ամիս է` տանջվում ենք, ոչ մի արձագանք չկա, զուտ բոլորն իրենց համար գալիս, գնում են»,- հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց քաղաքացին` նշելով, որ բոլորը խաբում են:
«Որովհետև ճիշտը չեն սովորել ասել, իրենց մանիպուլյացիան անում են, թողնում գնում»,- դիմելով քաղաքացուն` ասաց Թովմասյանը և նշեց. «Դրա համար եկել ենք, որ ասենք` ժողովո՛ւրդ, թյուրիմացության մեջ են գցում, ընտրության են պատրաստվում..., ընտրություն չպետք է լինի: Մեր արժանապատվությունը, ինքնասիրությունը թողել են մի կողմում, եկել են` ընտրություն են անում, ոչ մի ընտրություն»:
Արտակ Թովմասյանն ընդգծեց, որ գերիների ու անհետ կործաների հարցն այսօր Հայաստանում ամենաառաջնայինն է, և միայն այդ հարցը լուծելուց հետո կարող են իշխանությունները մտածել ընտրությունների մասին:
