2020թ. Արցախյան երրորդ պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանում և Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծվել է նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական և սոցիալական իրողություն։ Տարածաշրջանում կտրուկ մեծացել է Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության դերակատարությունը։ Հարավային Կովկասում Թուրքիայի գործոնի համալիր ուսումնասիրությունը հնարավորություն կտա վերհանելու այն ռիսկերը և հեռանկարները, որոնք կանգնած են Հայաստանի և հայության առջև։

«Հայկական նախագիծ» գիտակրթական ՀԿ-ն Երևանի պետական համալսարանի արևելագիտության ֆակուլտետի հետ համագործակցությամբ ապրիլի 23-ին ժամը 09:30-ից հրավիրում է ձեզ «Հայաստանը և Թուրքիան Հարավային Կովկասում. իրողություններ և ռիսկեր» խորհրդաժողովին, որի ընթացքում զեկուցողները կներկայացնեն Հարավային Կովկասում Թուրքիայի վարած քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունները (աշխարհաքաղաքականություն, ռազմական և դիվանագիտական ասպեկտներ, ժողովրդագրություն և այլն)։ Խորհրդաժողովի ծրագիրը ներկայացված է ստորև։ Խորհրդաժողովի անցկացման վայրը՝ «Անի Գրանդ» հյուրանոց՝ «Panoramic Hall» սրահ։
