«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Չնայած առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասին դեռևս ոչ մի պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն չկա, ավելին՝ շատերն են համոզված, որ օրումեջ կարծիք փոխող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին վստահել ու հավատալ չի կարելի, այսինքն, դեռ պարզ չէ՝ կլինեն ընտրություններ, թե ոչ, այնուամենայնիվ, գործող իշխանությունները «մյուսներից մեկ քայլ առաջ» սկզբունքով նախորդ մի քանի օրերին լծված են եղել տեղերում նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ կատարելու գործին։ Բացի վարչական ապարատի մոբիլիզացիայից ու նախնական հաշվարկներից, այս օրերին լուրջ քայլեր են իրականացնում մարզերում նախընտրական շտաբների համար տարածքներ գտնելու համար։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանության գլխավոր շտաբի համակարգողներն իրենց մարզային ներկայացուցիչներին հանձնարարել են տեղերում այնպիսի տարածքներ գտնել, որոնք կենտրոնական հատվածում են և... «հարիր են իշխանության շտաբ լինելու համար»: Թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, օրերս մի քանի խոշոր համայնքներում տարածքների սեփականատերերը հրաժարվել են իշխանություններին տրամադրել իրենց ցանկացած տարածքները նախընտրական շտաբների համար։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, սեփականատերերը, իմանալով, թե որ ուժին են ծառայելու իրենց տարածքները, բաց տեքստով ասել են, որ «հող հանձնող իշխանությանը տարածք չունենք տալու»։

Ի դեպ, այդ սեփականատերերի մեջ մի քանիսը 2018 թվականին «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքին այդ տարածքները տրամադրել էին մեծ սիրով, անգամ իրենց սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ են առաջարկել դրանք, ոմանք «հանուն հեղափոխության» տարածքը տրամադրել էին նույնիսկ առանց վարձատրության։ Հիմա, ինչպես ասում են, իրավիճակ է փոխվել:
