Էրեբունիում 22-ամյա երիտասարդի են դանակահարել. ոստիկանություն
VIDEOԱպրիլի 14-ին Էրեբունու թանգարանի մոտ դանակահարություն էր եղել։ Իրար անծանոթ երկու երիտասարդ վեճի էին բռնվել, որն ավարտվել էր դանակահարությամբ։
Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ոստիկանությունից:
Կատարվածի վերաբերյալ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում տեղեկացան հիվանդանոցից։ Կեսգիշերին մոտ հեթապահ քույրն ահազանգել էր, թե աճուկային շրջանի կտրած-ծակած վերքով 22-ամյա երիտասարդ է բուժօգնության դիմել։ Ըստ հարազատների հայտարարության՝ նրան դանակահարել էին։
Հանցագործությունը բացահայտվեց քրեական հետախույզների արագ և օպերատիվ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ։ Իրականացված հարցումների արդյունքում իրավապահները տեղեկություններ ստացան, որ տուժողին մարմնական վնասվածք էր պատճառել Գուրգեն Մահարու փողոցի անչափահաս մի բնակիչ։ Հաղորդումից մոտ երկու ժամ անց նա հայտնաբերվեց և բերման ենթարկվեց ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին, որտեղ խոստովանական ցուցմունք տվեց:
Դանակը հայտնաբերվել է։
Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
