«Այսօր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը առանց նախապես հայտարարելու, այսինքն՝ գաղտնի այցելեց Սյունիք։ Նշենք, որ Փաշինյանի վերջին այցելության ժամանակ սյունեցիները՝ իրենց համայնքապետերի գլխավորությամբ ճանապարհներ էին փակել, որպեսզի ժողվարչապետը չկարողանա մուտք գործել իրենց համայնքներ։ Սյունիքից քիչ առաջ մեզ մանրամասներ հայտնի դարձան նաև այս այցելությունից․ այս անգամ ևս աղուհացով կամ կարագ-մեղրով չեն դիմավորել։

Մենք գրել էինք, թե ինչ «ընդունելության» է Փաշինյանը արժանացել Շուռնուխում, մասնավորապես շուռնուխցիներին վրդովվեցրել է, որ Փաշինյանը գիշերով գյուղ է այցելել, պատահական մի դուռ է ծեծել և քաղցրավենիքը ձեռքին ներս մտել։ Բնակիչը անակնկալի է եկել։ Արժանանալով սառը ընդունելության Փաշինյանը, դուրս է եկել։ Գյուղում լուրը արագ տարածվել է, որ վարչապետը  Շուռնուխում է։ Բնակիչները փորձել են արագ հավաքվել, որպեսզի մի շարք խնդիրների շուրջ իրենց վրդովմունքը ներկայացնեն, սակայն վարչապետի անվտանգության աշխատակիցները նկատելով հավաքվող գյուղացիներին` քաղցրավենիքների տոպրակները ձեռքին, Փաշինյանին արագ նստեցրել են մեքենան և սլացել դեպի Կապան։ Շուռնուխցիները հայհոյել են վարչապետի շքախմբին վերջիններս մեծ արագությամբ մեքենաները քշել են ու հեռացել։

Մեզ նաև հայտնի դարձավ, որ Փաշինյանը ցանկացել է հանդիպում ունենալ նաև Շուռնուխի գյուղապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանի հետ, սակայն ազատամարտիկ համայնքապետն ասել է, որ չի ցանկանում վարչապետին տեսնել։ Նշենք, որ մինչ Փաշինյանի՝ Շուռնուխ գնալը, մենք զրուցել էինք Արշակյանի հետ, և նա, լսելով, որ վարչապետն է ժամանում, բայց գաղտնի, զարյացած ասաց՝ «Բա վարչապե՞տն էլ գաղտնի կգա», ապա հավելեց՝ «թող գա, իր աչքերով տեսնի, որ հեռակա պատկերացումներ չկազմի, որ չասի անվտանգ է և այլն»։

Փաշինյանը սեր ու ջերմություն չի տեսել նաև Գորիսում։ Մտել է սրճարան, սակայն այնտեղից ևս գլուխը կախ դուրս է եկել, ոչ ոք չի մոտեցել երբեմնի աստղային վարչապետին, որի հետ սելֆի անելու համար հերթեր էին գոյանում։ Փաշինյանի հաջորդ կանգառը Կապանն է։ Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյունն արդեն մտել է Կապան: Ամբողջ քաղաքը լի է ոստիկաններով, ոչ մեկին չեն թողնում մոտենալ նրան: Մեզ ասացին, որ վարչապետը քիչ առաջ մտել է Կապանի Էլեգանտ ռեստորան՝ ճաշելու: Տարածքը շրջափակված է ոստիկանական ուժերով: Փաշինյանը կանգ կառնի Արմենիա հյուրանոցում, որը Կապանից Մեղրի տանող ճանապարհին է գտնվում»:
