Ոստիկանությունը տեսանյութ է հրապարակել Երևանում երթուղայինում սպանության վերաբերյալ
VIDEOԱպրիլի 14-ին, ժամը 10.10-ին, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից Կենտրոնական բաժին հաղորդեցին, որ սպանության վերաբերյալ ահազանգ է ստացվել։
Լեոյի ու Պարոնյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում երթուղային «ԳԱԶել»-ում ուղևորներից մեկը դանակահարել էր մյուսին։
Իրավապահ տարբեր կառույցների ծառայողների հետ մեկտեղ դեպքի վայր մեկնեց նաև շտապօգնության խումբը։
Բժիշկներն արձանագրեցին, որ մոտ 40 տարեկան տղամարդը մահացել է. վնասվածքը կրծքավանդակին էր՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի։
Տարածքային քննչական բաժնում սպանության հատկանիշներով քրեական գործ հարուցվեց։
Նախ պարզվեց սպանվածի ինքնությունը՝ Երևանի բնակիչ էր, 39 տարեկան։ Ոստիկանության և ԱԱԾ մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնի դարձավ հետևյալը։
Երթուղայինում դիմակ կրելու հարցի շուրջ ուղևորների միջև վեճ էր սկսվել։ Այդ ընթացքում Արտաշատում բնակվող 57-ամյա տղամարդը դանակով խփել էր 39-ամյա տղամարդու կրծքավանդակին ու փախել։
Կասկածվողին հայտնաբերելու միջոցառումներ սկսվեցին։
Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերվեցին փաստական տվյալներ, և ապրիլի 17-ին 57-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ հայտարարվեց հետախուզում։
Մեղադրյալին հայտնաբերելու միջոցառումները շարունակվեցին։
Կենտրոնականի քրեական հետախույզներն իրականացրին նաև բացատրական աշխատանք, որին մասնակցեցին Արտաշատի գործընկերները։
Արդյունքում՝ ապրիլի 20-ին 57-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացավ ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին։ Հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
