«168 ժամ»․ Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը՝ ընդդեմ հայկական բանակի․ նրանց տեսլականները համընկնում են

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անընդհատ խոսում է հարևանների նկատմամբ թշնամական վերաբերմունքի փոփոխության, խաղաղության մասին։ Առաջին հայացքից անմեղ ու անվտանգ այս հայտարարությունների տակ թաքնված են այլ նպատակներ, որոնք բացահայտվում են իշխանության զանազան խոսնակների ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այլ հայտարարությունների արդյունքում։

Արդեն առանց ձևականությունների հայտարարվում է, որ Հայաստանը բանակ չի ունեցել, բանակը հեղինակազրկվում ու վարկաբեկվում է բոլոր հնարավոր մեթոդներով։ Եվ դրանից հետո հնչում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «հարևանցի» հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ կա գաղափար՝ բանակում ծառայությունը դարձնել 5 տարին մեկ անգամ, ընդամենը երեք ամսով։

Առաջին հայացքից կարող է թվալ, թե սա նախընտրական կաշառք է՝ ընտրություններից առաջ հայտարարվում է, որ իրենց ընտրելու դեպքում ձեր երեխաներն այլևս բանակում չեն ծառայելու կամ գրեթե չեն ծառայելու։ Սակայն, եթե անգամ այս խայծն օգտագործվելու է նախընտրական նպատակներով, իսկ այն օգտագործվելու է, իրականում այդ հայտարարությունն ունի ավելի հեռահար նպատակ՝ վերջնականապես կազմաքանդել բանակը։ Այսինքն՝ մի կողմից՝ հայտարարվում է, որ մենք բանակ չենք ունեցել, մյուս կողմից՝ հռչակվում է բարեփոխումների անվան տակ բանակը վերացնելու մտադրություն։ Ահա այստեղ է երևակվում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունների տրամաբանությունն ու պատճառահետևանքային կապը․ նա ասում է, թե պետք է փոխել թշնամիների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքն այնպես ու այնքան, որ թշնամի այլևս չունենանք։ Իսկ եթե չկան թշնամիներ, չկա նաև բանակ ունենալու անհրաժեշտություն։

Սա, իհարկե, պարզունակ, մակերեսային  և պետական մտածողության հետ որևէ աղերս չունեցող տրամաբանություն է, բայց բանակում չծառայած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երբեք էլ աչքի չի ընկել խորիմաստությամբ ու շրջահայացությամբ։ Տարածաշրջանում, որում գտնվում է Հայաստանը, լայն իմաստով կա գոյության երկու մոդել՝ ստեղծել հզոր անվտանգային համակարգ՝ ժամանակակից ու մարտունակ զինված ուժերով, և դրանով խաղաղություն պարտադրել թշնամական տրամադրվածություն ունեցող հարևաններին, և երկրորդը՝ հանձնվել, հայտարարել, որ մենք այլևս թշնամիներ չունենք, և հրաժարվել սեփական բանակ ունենալու գաղափարից՝ անվտանգության ապահովումը այնքանով, որքանով՝ վերապահելով երրորդ որևէ երկրի, այս պահին՝ Ռուսաստանին։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առաջարկում է երկրորդ մոդելը, որն իրականում ոչ միայն բանակ, այլ նաև պետություն չունենալու մոդել է, քանի որ առանց զինված ուժերի կամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկած զինված ուժերով պետությունը լինելու է բուտաֆորիա, ձևականություն, եթե լինելու է ընդհանրապես։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսպիսով առաջարկում է գեղեցիկ ձևակերպումների անվան տակ իրականում վերացնել հայկական բանակը։ Ի դեպ, հայկական բանակի դեմ ձևակերպումների տարբերությամբ, բայց նույն բովանդակությամբ ամեն առիթով խոսում է նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։ Հայկական բանակի գոյության, ավելի ճիշտ՝ չգոյության մասին նրա և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տեսլականները համընկնում են»,-գրում է թերթը։
