ԵԱՀԿ-ում մտահոգված են Ուկրաինայի շուրջ լարվածության աճով

ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ եւ Շվեդիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Անն Լինդեն ու ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Հելգա Շմիդը քննարկել են Ուկրաինայում անվտանգության շուրջ իրավիճակն ու ապաէսկալացիայի կոչ արել:
Վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում Անն Լինդեն քննարկել է իրավիճակը նաեւ Ուկրաինայի եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ:
Զրույցի ընթացքում Շմիդը հաստատել է, որ Շվեդիան կշարունակի կատարել իր մանդատը՝ որպես նախագահ, որպեսզի նպաստի ապաէսկալացիային եւ հակամարտությունների կանխարգելմանը՝ ԵԱՀԿ սկզբունքներին եւ պարտավորություններին համաձայն:
«Մենք Գլխավոր քարտուղարի հետ արդյունավետ քննարկում ենք ունեցել Ուկրաինայում եւ դրա շուրջ աճող լարվածության կապակցությամբ մեր մտահոգությունների վերաբերյալ: Մենք ընդգծել ենք, որ անդամ պետությունները պետք է գործեն Վիենայում ստորագրված փաստաթղթի համաձայն, որն առանցքային տարրն է մեր ընդհանուր անվտանգության համար եւ կարեւոր գործիքն է ռազմական ռիսկերը նվազեցնելու համար վստահությունն ամրապնդելու ուղղությամբ, որն ընդունվել է բոլոր անդամ պետությունների կողմից»,-ասել է Լինդեն:
ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը նշել է, որ միանում է հետագա էսկալացիայից խուսափելու կոչին: Լինդեն եւ Շմիդը նաեւ մտահոգությամբ արձանագրել են հրադադարի խախտման բարձր մակարդակը: Նրանք համաձայնել են, որ անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ լիարժեք հրադադար պահպանել Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում:
Կողմերը նաեւ քննարկել են Սեւ ծովի որոշ մասերում մուտքի սահմանափակման մասին վերջերս տարածված հաղորդագրություններն ու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել պահպանել շփումներ խնդիրը լուծելու ուղղությամբ՝ միջազգային իրավունքի համաձայն:
