Կոտայքի մարզում 6 զինծառայողների վրաերթի ենթարկած ու դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմած Mercedes-ի վարորդը կալանավորվել է
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ ապրիլի 17-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանի որոշմամբ քննչական խմբի ղեկավար նշանակված, հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Սոս Սեդրակյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը Կոտայքի մարզի Գեղաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Կարեն Միքայելյանի նկատմամբ՝ որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի: Այս մասին հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը:
Դատարանի նախագահ Հովհաննես Ավագյանը, դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով, բավարարել է Ս. Սեդրակյանի միջնորդությունը և Կ. Միքայելյանը, ով մեղադրվում է ապրիլի 15-ին ոչ սթափ վիճակում Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Արամուս գյուղում ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի 6 զինծառայողների վրաերթի ենթարկելու ու փախուստի դիմելու մեջ, կալանավորվեց և տեղափոխվեց ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանի որոշմամբ քննչական խմբի ղեկավար նշանակված հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Սոս Սեդրակյանի որոշմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում պարզվել էր ապրիլի 5-ին Կոտայքի մարզում՝ Արամուս գյուղի վարչական տարածքում, մահվան ելքով վրաերթի ենթարկված 2 զինծառայողների և 4 վիրավորների ինքնությունը։
Պարզվել էր՝ վրաերթի ենթարկվածներն էին՝ Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 33-ամյա Սևակ Վահրադյանը, Գյումրիի բնակիչ՝ 34-ամյա Սուրեն Հարությունյանը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կարճաղբյուր գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 27-ամյա Դավիթ Ավդալյանը, Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 33-ամյա Արամ Բադալյանը, Տավուշի մարզի Բերդ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 29-ամյա Լևոն Մկրտումյանը և Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 23-ամյա Գարիկ Անտոնյանը։
Վրաերթի հետևանքով Լ. Մկրտումյանն ու Ա. Բադալյանը տեղում մահացել էին, իսկ մյուսները տեղափոխվել էին «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն։ Պարզվել էր, որ մահացածներն ու վիրավորները ծառայում են ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասում՝ որպես պայմանագրային զինծառայողներ։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր, ապրիլի 17-ին, ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչ Ս. Սեդրակյանը դիմելու էր Կոտաքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմած Mercedes-ի վարորդ՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Գեղաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Կարեն Միքայելյանի նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց, ընտրի երկամսյա կալանք։
