Պատժում են անհնազանդներին․ վերջ թավիշին․ «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «ԲԴԽ նորընտիր անդամ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը հասավ իր նպատակին. երեկ ԲԴԽ անդամ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի ստորագրությամբ կասեցվեցին ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի լիազորությունները, եւ ԲԴԽ նախագահի պարտականությունները այսուհետ կկատարի Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը։ Այս փոփոխությունը պատահական չէր, քանի որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրահանգել էր քրեական գործերի սպառնալիքներով հասնել ԲԴԽ նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի հրաժարականին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նաեւ Վարդազարյանի կնոջը հրավիրել էին ՀՔԾ մի քրեական գործով, որը հարուցված էր իր հայտարարագրի ուսումնասիրության հիման վրա։ Դրանից բացի, Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի հետ կապված երկու քրեական գործ կա հարուցված: Եվ ստացվում է՝ իշխանությունները չեն բավարարվել խորհրդարանում նրա դեմ արշավով եւ անցել են պատժի այլ մեթոդի: Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի դեմ արշավը վաղուց էր սկսվել. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դեռ 2020 թվականի հունիսի 10-ի իր համարում գրել էր, որ իշխանությունները պահանջ են դրել, որ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը դիմում գրի եւ հեռանա համակարգից: Պատճառն էլ այն էր, որ Վարդազարյանը մտերիմ հարաբերություններ է ունեցել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի հետ: Գրել էինք, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանից հետո հաջորդը լինելու է հենց Վարդազարյանը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանությունների հաջորդ թիրախը ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն է։ Նկատենք, որ թեեւ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի տարիքը չի համապատասխանում ԲԴԽ անդամ ընտրվելու համար, սակայն օրենքները շրջանցելով՝ նրան ուղարկեցին ԲԴԽ, որպեսզի բոլոր անհնազանդ դատավորներին իր բուռը հավաքի։ Իհարկե, իշխանությունները ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնը խոստացել են Ջհանգիրյանին։
Այսպիսով, մաքրություն եւ անաչառություն քարոզող իշխանությունները, ում դուր չէին գալիս Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի անցյալը եւ ընկերական կապերը, ԲԴԽ նախագահ դարձրին մի մարդու, ում՝ զինդատախազ եղած տարիների՝ դաժանություններով ուղղորդված ապօրինությունների մասին բազամաթիվ աղմկահարույց գործեր կան։ Ամենաուշագրավը Մատաղիսի գործն է, երբ Ջհանգիրյանի մեղքով մի խումբ անմեղ երիտասարդներ շուրջ վեց տարի անցկացրին բանտում, այնուհետեւ արդարացվեցին, իսկ Հայաստանը պարտվեց Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում»։
