Վանեցյանի «վտանգավոր» լռությունը

Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրաժարականը ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնից շատ հարցեր առաջացրեց, որոնք առ այսօր առկախված են, սակայն մեկ փաստ ակնհայտ է, որ Վանեցյանի հրաժարականը գերազանցապես պայմանավորված էր այն գործընթացներով և, մեծ հաշվով, այն աղետով, որը բերեց Հայաստանի ու Արցախի գլխին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Ով, եթե ոչ Վանեցյանը պետք է իմանար սպասվող արհավիրքի մասին, անգամ դրա վերաբերյալ իր հրաժարականի տեքստում բաց ակնարկ էր արել, սակայն մինչև պատերազմը նրա՝ Փաշինյանին ուղղված «կանգառի» կոչը զանգվածների կողմից լիարժեքորեն չէր ընկալվում որպես ԱԱԾ գեներալի սթափության կոչ։
Ինչևէ, ժամանակը ցույց տվեց, որ Վանեցյանը ճիշտ էր։ Եվ այս ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում հանրությունը, հասարակական-քաղաքական լայն շերտերը ունեցել են ակնկալիք՝ Վանեցյանից լսելու ամբողջ ճշմարտությունը։ Ըստ էության, պայմանավորված աշխատանքի սպեցիֆիկայով, ԱԱԾ գեներալի յուրահատկություններով, Վանեցյանը և առհասարակ ուսադիր կրող գործող և պաշտոնաթող պաշտոնյանը կաշկանդված են շատ խոսելու տեսանկյունից և դա օրինաչափ է։ Այդուհանդերձ հիմա Արթուր Վանեցյանը զբաղվում է ակտիվ քաղաքականությամբ, առանցքային ընդդիմադիր լիդերերներից մեկն է, ում շուրջ տեղի է ունենում հանրային և քաղաքական լուրջ համախմբում։
Թերևս հատուկ ծառայություններին հարիր խասիաթով՝ Վանեցյանը այժմ էլ շարունակում է փակ պահել իր խաղաքարտերը, նրա քայլերի հաջորդականությունը, ի տարբերություն շատ այլ գործիչների, ընկալելի չեն: Վանեցյանի շուրջ պրոցեսները առավել խորքային են. չնայած մամուլում երբեմն հայտնվում են տեղեկություններ՝ այս կամ այն քաղաքական ֆորմատի շուրջ ընթացող քննարկումների և դաշինքներ կազմելու հնարավորության մասին, Վանեցյանի գլխավորած կուսակցությունը առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ամենուր գրասենյակներ է բացում և ակտիվ անդամագրման աշխատանքներ իրականացնում։
Ըստ էության, նորաստեղծ այս ուժը լինելու է այս ընտրութունների կինդեր սյուրպրիզը և լուրջ դերակատար է դառնալու։ Դրա համար կա առնվազն երկու պատճառ՝ կուսակցության ղեկավարի հավասարակշռությունը, առանց նյարդային ժեստերի քաղաքական գործունեությունը և, իհարկե, ճիշտ դիրքավորումը խաղատախտակին:
Իսկ երբ Վանեցյանը ամբողջովին բացի խաղաքարտերը, հավանաբար շատերը ստիպված պետք է լինեն փաս գնալ...
