Երեկ Ազգային ժողովում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նորից իր տարերքի մեջ էր՝ բղավոցներ, գոռգոռոցներ, միտինգային ոճ ու բառապաշար և, իհարկե, մշտական թեզեր, այդ թվում՝ իրենից բացի մեղավոր են բոլորը, հատկապես բանակն ու «նախկինները»: Այս ամենին գումարած՝ Արցախը հանձնածների, 5000-ից ավելի զոհ տվածների՝ հոտընկայս բուռն ու երկարատև ծափահարությունները, որոնք շատերը գնահատեցին որպես ցինիզմի գագաթնակետ: Միայն օվացիաներն էին պակասում, որ պատկերն ամբողջական դառնար: Ի դեպ, ակնհայտ էր, որ Փաշինյանը սարսափելի լարված ու նյարդային էր: Եվ ոչ միայն նա, նաև «քայլող» պատգամավորները: Վկան՝ նրանցից մի քանիսի ջղաձիգ ու հիստերիկ պահվածքը լրագրողների հետ շփվելիս:
