Լիբիան կարագացնի Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար առանց այցագիր երկիր այցելելու գործընթացը, հայտնում է Ahval-ը։
«Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ Թուրքիայի և Լիբիայի մասնավոր հատվածները փոխգործակցեն», - ասել է Լիբիայի վարչապետ Աբդ ալ Համիդ Դբեյբահը և հավելել, որ լիբիական կողմը կանի ամեն ինչ բիզնես ոլորտում գործակցությունը դյուրացնելու համար։
Լիբիայի վարապետը խոսել է նաև Թուրքիայի հետ ազատ առևտրի հնարավոր պայմանագրի մասին և հավելել, որ Լիբիան աշխատելու է Անկարայում դեսպանատուն բացելու ուղղությամբ և թույլատրում է Անկարային հյուպատոսություն բացել Բենգազիում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Թուրքիան աջակցել է Լիբիայի միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված Ազգային համաձայնության կառավարությանը, որը պայքարել է Խալիֆա Հաֆթարի «Լիբիայի ազգային բանակի» դեմ։ Վերջինիս աջակցում են Ռուսաստանը, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունները և Եգիպտոսը: Լիբիայի ազգային միասնության կառավարությունը (ղեկավարում է վարչապետ Աբդ ալ Համիդ Դբեյբահը), որը փոխարինել է Ազգային համաձայնության կառավարությանը, գլխավորելու է Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի՝ պատերազմից տուժած երկիրը, մինչև դեկտեմբերին ընտրությունների անցկացումը:
2011 թվականին Մուամմար Քադաֆիի կառավորության տապալումից հետո Լիբիան ներքաշվել է քաղաքացիական պատերազմի մեջ, որի ընթացքում թուրքական ընկերությունները միլիարդավոր դոլարներ են կորցրել։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել է Tert.am-ը, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն Անկարայում հյուրընկալել է Լիբիայի վարչապետ Աբդ ալ Համիդ Դբեյբահին՝ ձգտելով պահպանել իր կառավարության ռազմական և տնտեսական ազդեցությունը երկրում։
Հանդիպումից հետո Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն ասել էր, որ Թուրքիան և Լիբիան հավատարիմ են 2019 թվականին ստորագրված Միջերկրական ծովի արևելքում ծովային սահմանազատման համաձայնագրին և նշել, որ Անկարայի աջակցությունը Լիբիային կանխել է նոր ջարդերը։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում երկու կողմերի միջև ստորագրվել է նոր 5 համաձայնագիր՝ այդ թվում Լիբիայում էլեկտրաէներգիայի կայաններ կառուցելու վերաբերյալ։ Փաստաթղթերի համաձայն՝ թուրքական Rönesans Holding ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է կառուցել երեք էլեկտրակայան, ուղևորների համար նախատեսված տերմինալ Տրիպոլիի միջազգային օդանավակայանում, ինչպես նաև առևտրի կենտրոն:
Ավելին, Թուրքիան և Լիբիան պայմանավորվել են քայլեր ձեռնարկել, նպաստելու թուրքական ընկերությունների վերադարձին` հյուսիսաֆրիկյան նավթով հարուստ երկրներում կանգ առած ծրագրերն ավարտին հասցնելու համար։ Բացի այդ Էրդողանը խոստացել է 150 հազար չափաբաժին պատվաստանյութ ուղարկել Լիբիա՝ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարին աջակցելու շրջանակներում։
