ՀՀ իշխանությունները Կանադային չեն տվել «Բայրաքթար»-ներում կանադական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման մասին տեղեկություններ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԿանադան խնդրել է Հայաստանին տրամադրել ցանկացած տեղեկատվություն, որը հնարավորություն կտա ապացուցել կանադական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումը Բայրաքթար անօդաչուներում, սակայն Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն տրամադրել որևէ տեղեկատվություն` այդպիսով հետաքննության ընթացքում չօժանդակելով կանադական իշխանություններին, հայտնում է Yerkir.am-ը։
Այս մասին ասվում է Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ, որից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Կանադայի Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի ջանքերով է այդ երկիրը կասեցրել թուրքական ընկերություններին տրամադրված ռազմական արտադրանքի և տեխնոլոգիաների արտահանման արտոնագրերը։
Հայ դատի գրասենյակը Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի այս կեցվածքը խիստ տարակուսելի է որակել՝ հայտնելով, որ Կանադային չօժանդակելու մասին իմացել է այդ երկրի արտգործնախարարության հրապարակած հետաքննությունից, որի մեջ բառացիորեն գրված է այս մասին։
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն, վստահաբար, ունեցել է փաստեր, որ «Բայրաքթարում» կանադական տեխնոլոգիաներ կան, քանի որ պատերազմի ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ ՀՀ ՊՆ խոսնակը հրապարակեց փաստեր, որ Արցախի ՊԲ ՀՕՊ ստորաբաժանման կողմից խոցված թուրքական Bayraktar TB2 մարտական ԱԹՍ-ի հեռակառավարվող տեսախցիկը L-3 WESCAM CMX-15D մոդելի է: Այն արտադրվել է 2020թ հունիսին Կանադայի WESCAM ընկերության կողմից և Bayraktar TB2-ի վրա տեղադրվել 2020թ սեպտեմբերին: Ընդհանուր աշխատանքը կազմել է 31 ժամ:
Yerkir.am-ը հարցում է ուղարկել ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն՝ պահանջելով պարզաբանել՝ ինչո՞ւ տեղեկատվություն չեն տրամադրել Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար այդքան կարևոր հետաքննությանը օժանդակելու համար։ Պատասխանն ստանալուն պես՝ կներկայացնենք մեր ընթերցողին։
Նշենք, որ Կանադան այսօր հետ է կանչել նախկինում տրված՝ զենք և տեխնոլոգիաներ Թուրքիա արտահանելու թույլտվությունները այն բանից հետո, երբ երկրի իշխանությունները ստացել են ապացույցներ, որ դրանք կիրառվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունում: Այս մասին ասվում է Կանադայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մարկ Գարնոյի հայտարարության մեջ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Կանադան 2020 թ-ի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին դադարեցրել էր Թուրքիային անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի տեխնոլոգիաների մատակարարումը, քանի դեռ ուսումնասիրելու էր դրանց` Ադրբեջանից Հայաստանի դեմ օգտագործվելու փաստը: Հիմնականում սա վերաբերում է WESCAM CMX-15D օպտիկական համակարգին, քանի որ կանադական հենց այս միջոցներն են տեղադրված թուրքական հարվածային ԱԹՍ-ների վրա: Դրանց շնորհիվ Bayraktar TB2 ԱԹՍ-ները ստանում են շատ խորը ու լավ պատկերներ:
