Մեզանում գրեթե ուշադրության չարժանացավ Մերձավոր Արևելքում տեղի ունեցող մի չափազանց կարևոր գործընթաց։

Մարտի կեսերին Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը հայտարարեց, որ Անկարան և Կահիրեն դիվանագիտական մակարդակում վերսկսել են շփումները, որոնք ընդհատվել էին 2013թ․ ի վեր, երբ Եգիպտոսում գեներալ Աբդ ալ-Ֆաթթահ ալ-Սիսին իշխանությունից հեռացրեց էրդողանական վարչախմբի հետ «գաղափարական եղբայրություն» ունեցող Մուհամմադ Մուրսիին։

Մյուս կողմից անցյալ շաբաթ եգիպտաթուրքական երկխոսություն ծավալվեց նաև «Մահմեդական ութնյակի» վեհաժողովում, ինչը ևս ցուցիչ է, որ Կահիրեն կարծես համաձայն է երկկողմ հարաբերությունները թշնամականից գոնե մրցակցային ասպարեզ տեղափոխելուն։

Ինչո՞վ է այս ամենը կարևոր Հայաստանի շահերի առումով։ Բնականաբար նրանով, որ Եգիպտոսը դիտարկվում էր որպես հակաթուրքական առանցքի ձևավորման կարևոր հիմնասյուն, մինչդեռ էրդողանական վարչախումբն ակտիվ ջանքերով փորձում է չեզոքացնել հատկապես Աթենքի գործողություններն այդ ուղղությամբ։

Սա ամենևին չի նշանակում, թե եգիպտաթուրքական հակասությունների բավական բարդ համաբույլն այլևս գոյություն չունի, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ դա կարող է հայտնվել տիպաբանորեն նույն այն վիճակում, ինչ, դիցուք, ռուս-թուրքական և իրանաթուրքական հարաբերություններն են, որոնք խորքային իմաստով պարունակում են թե՛ մրցակցության, թե՛ գործակցության և թե՛ պարբերաբար մակերևույթ սպրդող թշնամանքի տարրեր։
