ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակի ղեկավարն օրինակելի է համարում աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման ոլորտում ՀՀ-ի ներքին հանմագործակցությունը

ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը դեկտեմբերի 15-ին ընդունել է Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, ՄԱԿ-ի Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարգարետա Վալշտրոմին, ով Հայաստան է ժամանել մասնակցելու դեկտեմբերի 15-ից 16-ը Երևանում անցկացվող «Հանրային իրազեկումը որպես աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման և կայուն զարգացման անկյունաքար» խորագրով միջազգային համաժողովին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին նաև Գրասենյակի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի համակարգող Մադհավի Արիաբանդուն, ՄԱԿ-ի մարդասիրական հարցերի համակարգման տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի աղետների արձագանքման հարցերով ազգային խորհրդատու Աշոտ Սարգսյանը, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ, գեներալ-մայոր Նիկո լայ Գրիգորյանը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման գործընթացներում ՀՀ աճող ներգրավվածությանը, նախաձեռնող մոտեցմանն ու ձեռնարկվող համակողմանի քայլերին առնչվող հարցեր: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման 2015-2030թթ. Սենդայի շրջանակային ծրագրի առաջնահերթությունների կենսագործման ուղղությամբ, ներառյալ հանրային իրազեկվածության բարձրացումն ու ճգնաժամային հաղորդակցության կազմակերպումը, ձեռնարկվելիք միջոցառումներին:
Այս կապակցությամբ Մարգարետա Վալշտրոմն ընդգծել է կրթության, աղետների ռիսկի ընկալման և կառավարման կարևորությունը՝ հավելելով, որ այս հարցում Հայաստանի պատասխանատու գերատեսչությունների փոխգործակցությունը տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ու համայնքային բնակչության հետ առաջատար փորձի լավ օրինակ է ծառայում ինչպես տարածաշրջանի մյուս երկրների, այնպես էլ միջազգային այլ դերակատարների համար:
Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը բարձր է գնահատել Գրասենյակի հետ Հայաստանի շարունակական և արդյունավետ զարգացող համագործակցությունը, որի նպատակն է ձևավորել աղետակայուն երկիր և ապահովել հասարակության անվտանգ ու կայուն զարգացումը:
