SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիայի քննչական բաժնի պետ Հրաչ Ղազարյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծված քննչական խմբի ղեկավար, հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ  Սամվել Միքայելյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (սպանության փորձ) և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք կրելը, պահելը, օգտագործելը) հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է երեկ՝ ապրիլի  10-ին,  Կիլիկիա թաղամասի Վերֆելի փողոցում հնչած կրակոցների փաստով: Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության  Մալաթիայի բաժանմունքի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծայռայողներն ու Մալաթիայի քննչական բաժնի խումբը պարզել են՝ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Իշխան Աբրահամյանն է:

Ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության, ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի քննչական բաժնի և Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի դատախազության ծառայողները պարզել են, որ Ի. Աբրահամյանի վրա կրակել է Երևանի բնակիչ, 29-ամյա երիտասարդը: Նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով՝ նրա ինքնությունը չի հրապարակվում: 

Ոստիկանութունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձին և հանցագործության գործիք հրազենը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Ֆոտոլրագրողի  տեղեկություններով՝ վիրավոր Ի. Աբրահամյանը նախկինում մի քանի անգամ եղել է դատապարտված:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կիլիկիա թաղամասում կրակոցներ են հնչել: Այդ փողոցից հրազենային վնասվածքներով «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի տղամարդ:
