«Քավորը, ինչպես կենացներում են ասում, սրբություն է, կենացն էլ՝ հոտընկայս խմվողներից է։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու ու, ըստ ամենայնի, նաև քրիստոնեության հետ խնդիրներ ունեցող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ որպես ծիսական հավատացյալ, լավ է սերտել հատկապես քավորին վերաբերող դասը և ըստ արժանվույն է գնահատում քավորներից հատկապես սեփականին․ նրա կնքահայրն այլևս ամբողջ Տավուշի մարզպետն է։ Կեցցե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Եվ յուր քավորը, բնականաբար։

Նեպոտիզմի կամ խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամ սկզբունքի դրսևորումը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պարագայում ոչ թե բացառություն է և սահմանափակվում է միայն քավորով, այլ օրինաչափություն․ նրա մերձավոր և ոչ այնքան մերձավոր ազգականները տարբեր պաշտոններ են զբաղեցնում, այլևս պաշտոնյա է անգամ նրա ուսապարկ բռնողը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործունեության մեջ օրինաչափություն է ոչ միայն նեպոտիզմը, այլ նաև այն, որ նա անշեղորեն իրականացնում է բոլոր այն գործողությունները, որոնց համար նախկին բոլոր իշխանություններին քննադատելով՝ նա հասել է իշխանության։ Քավորասեր նախկին ընդդիմադիրն այլևս ոչ միայն ուղղակի կրում է բոլոր այն արատները, որոնց համար քննադատում էր Սերժ Սարգսյանին կամ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, այլ շատ դեպքերում գերազանցել է Քոչարյանին, Սարգսյանին ու անգամ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանին՝ միասին վերցրած։

Նախկինում նա բոլորին քննադատում էր «Ղարաբաղը ծախելու» փորձերի համար։ Իշխանության գալով՝ նա ոչ միայն փորձեց, այլ փաստացի իրականացրեց այն, ինչի համար կոկորդաճեղք քննադատություն էր հնչեցնում նախկինում․ Արցախի մեծ մասը հանձնված է։ Գումարի դիմաց, թե այլ պայմաններով՝ քննարկման առանձին թեմա է։ Փաստն այն է, որ նախորդ բոլոր իշխանություններին «Ղարաբաղը ծախելու» մեջ մեղադրած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գործնականում իրականացրեց դա։

Նախորդ բոլոր իշխանություններին Փաշինյանը քննադատում էր թալանի, կոռուպցիայի, ատկատների համա՞ր։ Փույթ չէ։ Բոլոր այդ արատները դրվեցին ֆորմալ ռելսերի վրա ու ստացան այնպիսի բարեհունչ անվանումներ, ինչպիսիք են պարգևավճարները, «կամավոր» հատկացումները բարեգործական «հիմնադրամներին», մեկ անձից գնումները և այլն։ Կոռուպցիան ու թալանը բարեհաջող շարունակվում են, փոխվել են ձևերն ու մեթոդները, անձերը։ Եվս մի հարթություն, որում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գերազանցեց բոլոր նախորդներին։

Նախկին իշխանությունները մեղադրվում էին դատական համակարգի վերահսկողության, պատվերով արդարադատության համա՞ր։ Ոչ մի խնդիր․ բոլոր դատավորները հայտարարվում են վնգստացող, աշխատանքի է ընդունվում երիտասարդ մի իրավաբանուհի ու առանց ձևականությունների թելադրում է մեղադրական եզրակացությունները… Իսկ Սահմանադրական դատարանի գրավումը կարելի է ուղղակի ներառել ուզուրպացիաների պատմության դասագրքերում։

Նախկին իշխանությունների հասցեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հնչեցրած մեղադրանքների՝ այսօր շարունակվող օրինակներն անասելի շատ են։ Նրա իշխանությունը կրում է բոլոր այն արատները, որոնք թմբկահարելով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կերտել է սեփական քաղաքական ուղին ու հասել է իշխանության։

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետևողականորեն ոչնչացնում է ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։

Մնացել է միայն ընտրակեղծարարությունը, ինչի համար ևս նա քննադատել է նախորդ բոլոր իշխանություններին․ առաջիկայում կայանալիք ընտրությունները հրաշալի առիթ են ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տալու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հնարավորությունները նաև այդ հարցում։ Վստահաբար նա կհասնի ու կանցնի իր բոլոր նախորդներին։ Գուցե բոլորին՝ միասին վերցրած»,-գրում է թերթը:
