««Ստամբուլ» ջրանցքի շինարարական աշխատանքները սկսվելու են ամռանը»․ Էրդողան
ECONOMICSՉորեքշաբթի Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ շուտով սկսվելու են «Ստամբուլ» ջրանցքի շինարարական աշխատանքները և հավելել, որ նախագիծն իրականացվելու է՝ հակառակ քննադատություններին, հայտնում է Ahval-ը։
«Ծրագրի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն ավարտված են և հիմնարկեքի արարողությունը տեղի կունենա ամռանը», - ասել է Էրդողանը։
Էրդողանը նաև նշել է, որ ջրանցքը 50 կիլոմետր երկարություն է ունենալու և Ստամբուլի միջոցով միմյանց է կապելու Սև և Մարմարա ծովերը։ Իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը հավելել է, որ նոր ջրանցքը թեթևացնելու է երթևեկությունը Բոսֆորի նեղուցով՝ միջազգային բեռնափոխադրող ընկերությունների համար նախընտրելի առևտրային ուղի ապահովելով:
Ջրանցքի կառուցման շուրջ, սակայն, տարակարծություններ կան։ Որոշ կազմակերպություններ և ՀԿ-ներ կարծում են, որ դրա կառուցումը կարող է Ստամբուլում երկրաշարժերի հնարավորություն ստեղծել, ինչպես նաև վնասել անտառներն ու Մարմարա ծովի ջրային կյանքը։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր Tert.am-ը, Էրդողանն ասել էր․ «Անկախ այն բանից, թե ով ինչ Է ցանկանում կամ չի ցանկանում, մենք սկսում ենք, և մենք կկառուցենք «Ստամբուլ» ջրանցքը, որը կծառայի մեր ժողովրդի» և հավելել, որ նախագիծը հավաքական ամբողջության մի մաս կլինի, որը կներառի Ստամբուլի նոր օդանավակայանը, մետրոն և կամուրջը:
Էրդողանին և նրա «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությանը մոտ կանգնած թուրքական շինարարական ընկերությունները, ինչպիսիք են Mapa Construction-ը, Cengiz Holding-ը, Kalyon Holding-ը, Kolin Construction-ը և Limak Holding-ը, ենթադրաբար ներգրավված են լինելու շինարարական աշխատանքներին, որոնց արժեքը գնահատվում է 9,2 միլիարդ դոլար։
Անցյալ ամիս Թուրքիան հավանություն էր տվել ջրանցքի կառուցմանը՝ 1936 թվականի Մոնտրյոյի կոնվենցիայի շուրջ բանավեճի առիթ ստեղծելով։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ընդդիմանալու հետևանքով բերման էր ենթարկվել 10 պաշտոնաթող ծովակալ, որոնք նախազգուշացրել են հնարավոր սպառնալիքների մասին։
