Роберт Кочарян подал в суд на Никола Пашиняна

Второй президент Армении Роберт Кочарян подал в суд на премьер-министра Никола Пашиняна. Об этом сообщает судебно-информационная система.
Иск был подан 7 апреля и завизирован на имя судьи суда общей юрисдикции города Еревана Артура Мкртчяна.
Требование касается установления нарушения права истца на справедливое судебное разбирательство, возмещение причиненного в результате нарушения нематериального ущерба, обязать публично опровергнуть высказанные в отношении истца высказывания, возместить причиненный истцу клеветой нематериальный ущерб.
По сообщению группы адвокатов Кочаряна, в основе иска заявления Пашиняна, сделанные им на митинге 1 марта на площади Республики.
Адвоааты требуют признать клеветой заявления Пашиняна, обязать опровергнуть и признать презумпцию невиновности второго президента РА. Общий размер ущерба оценивается в 4 млн драмов.
