«Ով որ նման բան է ասում, գլուխը պատովն է տալիս»,- ասում է Սյունիքից ընտրված պատգամավոր, ՃՈ պետի նախկին տեղակալ Արմեն Խաչատրյանն ի պատասխան հետևյալ հարցին՝ իսկապե՞ս իշխանականներդ երես չունեք ցերեկով Սյունիք մտնելու, և դրա համար էլ մարզ մեկնած Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ու Սուրեն Պապիկյանը գիշերային հանդիպումներ են կազմակերպել մարզում։ «Ես էլ եմ գիշերով գնում, ի՞նչ կա դրա մեջ»,- հակադարձում է նա։

«Ձեր ասելով՝ Սյունիքում իշխանություն չկա, հա՞, որ իշխանությունները վախենում են, բա էդ ո՞վ ա Սյունիքի իշխանությունը, պետական կառույցները չե՞ն»։ Իշխանությունը պատկանում է ժողովրդին, իսկ սյունեցին ցույց տվեց, որ չի սպասում Փաշինյանին ու նրա ուղեկիցներին։ «Բա ինչպե՞ս Սիսիան գնաց, թե՞ Սիսիանը Սյունիք չէ»։ Գնաց ուղղաթիռով, հանդիպեց սիսիանցի պատգամավոր Կարեն Համբարձումյանի ազգուտակին։ «Սյունիքում որևէ խնդիր չկա վարչապետի անձի և իշխանության հետ կապված։ Սյունիքը տարանջատված չէ Հայաստանից»։ Եթե տարանջատված չէ, ինչո՞ւ Փաշինյանը չի այցելում։ «Կայցելի մոտ ժամանակներս»։ Ե՞րբ։ «Երբ կորոշի․․․ Դո՞ւք եք որոշելու՝ որտեղ պետք է առաջինն այցելի․ որտեղ մոտիկ է, որտեղ ժամանակը հերիքում է, այնտեղ է այցելում»։

Սյունիքն իշխանության առաջնահերթությունների մեջ պետք է լիներ, այնտեղ խնդիր կա։ «Հա, ի՞նչ անենք, որ խնդիր կա, Տավուշում էլ կա, ուրեմն ի՞նչ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է գնա այնտե՞ղ ապրի»։ Խաչատրյանը հորդորեց սպասել ընտրություններին, որ համոզվենք, թե Սյունիքն ինչ սիրով է ընդունում Փաշինյանին»,-գրում է թերթը:
