«Հայաստանում կուսակցաշինության բումը շարունակվում է։ Վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում 10 կուսակցություն է գրանցման հայտ ներկայացրել։ Ապրիլի 10-ին նշանակված է «Սարգիս-Կարոլինա» ընկերության տնօրեն Երվանդ Թարվերդյանի «Միացյալ Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը, որը կկայանա Մելիք Ադամյանի կառավարության նիստերի դահլիճում։

Իշխանական աղբյուրը վկայում է, որ կուսակցաշինությունը խրախուսվում է իշխանությունների կողմից։ Անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է հանձնարարել աջակցել նորաթուխ ուժերին, որ հնարավորինս շատ կուսակցություն մասնակցի ընտրություններին և որքան հնարավոր է՝ շատ փոշիանան ընդդիմության ձայները։

Ըստ օրենքի՝ ԱԺ չանցած կուսակցությունների ձայները բաշխվում են անցած ուժերի վրա, և առյուծի բաժինը հասնում է իշխանությանը։ Այսինքն՝ արդյունքում շահելու է Փաշինյանը։

2018-ին այդ «փոշին» կազմել է 17 տոկոս, որից 10-ը ստացել է «Իմ քայլը», և նրա 73 տոկոսից 10-ը հակառակորդների ընտրաձայներն էին։ Իշխանությունը հաշվարկել է, որ վարչական ռեսուրսով կձգի 40 տոկոսի, կգումարվի 10-15 տոկոս «փոշին», ԸՕ-ն նաև 3 տոկոս բոնուս է նախատեսում ամենաշատ քվե ստացողին, որ նա ձևավորի կայուն մեծամասնություն»,-գրում է թերթը:
