Նարեկ Սարգսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցավ սահմանադրական հանրաքվե: ԶԼՄ-ների և սոցցանցերի միջոցով հայտնի դարձան մի քանի խաղտումներ, հարուցվեցին քրեկան գործեր: Ի վերջո հանրաքվեում հաղթեց «Այո»-ն ինչը, բնականաբար, չբավարարեց ընդիմադիր ուժերին, բայց....:

Մինչ հանրաքվեի արդյունքների հայտնի դառնալը ակտիվորեն պայքար մղողները կարծես մոռացան, թե «ինչի համար էին հավաքվել», ժողովուրդը կարծես անցավ իր համար սովորական առօրեային` նախապատրաստվելով Ամանորին: Այնուամենայնիվ կան ուժեր, որ հանրաքվեից մինչ օրս շարունակում են պայքարը` հայտարարելով, որ ընտրությունները կեծվել են և պետք է չեղարկվեն:

Այս հարցով ՀԱԿ-ը որոշել է դիմել Սահմանադրական դատարան: Գործընթացի համար հարկավոր է 27 պատգամավորի ստորագրություն: Ակներև է, որ ՀԱԿ-ը չունի այդքան սատարողներ Ազգային ժողովում և, բնականաբար, չի կարող հավաքել պահանջված ստորագրությունները:
Հետևաբար ո՞րն է նպատակը սկսել մի գործընթաց, որն ի սկզբանե տապալված է: Այստեղ կա մի նրբություն, ՀԱԿ-ն այս քայլին դիմում է ոչ միայն իշխանություններին հակադրվելու, այլ, խորհրդարանական ոչ իշխանական հատվածին, որոնք չեն միացել ՀԱԿ-ին, վարկաբեկելու և հանրության մոտ հեղինակազրկելու համար: Գործընթացին չմիանալուց հետո էլ ՀԱԿ-ը կհամարի նրանց «իշխանական կեղծարարներ»:

Հ.Գ. ՀԱԿ-ը միշտ խաղում է «Ով մեր հետ չէ, մեր դեմ է» մարտավարությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում միշտ մնում է «կոտրված տաշտակ»-ի առաջ:
