Կառավարության վերջին նիստի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները 2021 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով գերակատարվել են ավելի քան 22,6 միլիարդ դրամով: Տնտեսագետներն արդեն իսկ թերահավատ են նշյալ ցուցանիշի առումով: Սակայն հայտարարվածը խնդրահարույց ու կասկածելի է համարվում նաև ժամկետների առումով: Մասնագետները տարակուսում են, թե ինչպես է հնարավոր եռամսյակային տվյալներ հրապարակել հաջորդ եռամսյակի առաջին իսկ օրը, եթե մարտի հաշվետվություններն ու ցուցանիշները ՎԿ ու ՊԵԿ պետք է ներկայացվեն ապրիլի ընթացքում: Պատահական չէ, որ տնտեսագետներից ոմանք այս հայտարարությունը «տեղավորեցին» ապրիլի 1-ի խորհուրդի ներքո:

Տնտեսագետ Թադևոս Ավետիսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ առաջին անգամ չէ նման մոտեցում ցուցաբերվում՝ այն կայուն բնույթ ունի: «Քանի որ ցույց տալու իրական արդյունք չկա, փաստացի արդեն անցել են վիճակագրական վրձինին: Այսինքն, նկարում են այդ ամենը, և սա առաջին դեպքը չէ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, իր քաղաքական և անձնական շահագրգռությունից ելնելով, կառավարության նիստերի ժամանակ պարբերաբար նման հայտարարություններ է արել: Եվ նման հայտարարություններից հետո, ջանք ու եռանդ չխնայելով, վիճակագրական կոմիտեն փորձում է այդ ամենը վերածել վիճակագրական նկարչության ու հրապարակել այն: Օրինաչափություն է դարձել, երբ վիճակագրական պաշտոնական թվերից առաջ ընկնելով՝ փորձում են ինչ-որ ցուցանիշներ հայտարարել: Սա դառնում է պատվեր վիճակագրական կոմիտեին»,-ասաց Թ. Ավետիսյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ այդ թվերն իրական հիմքեր չունեն՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ մեր տնտեսությունն անկման մեջ է:
