«Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների թեմայով «Հրապարակը» զրուցել է «Հայահավաք» նախաձեռնության անդամ, ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանի հետ։

- Պարո՛ն Ախոյան, մասնակցելո՞ւ եք հունիսի 20-ին նախատեսված արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։

- Մենք դեռ մտորումների փուլում ենք։ «Հայահավաքը»՝ մեր շարժումը, անպայման կդառնա քաղաքական ուժ։ Եվ դեռ զանազան տարբերակներ կան, այսինքն՝ դաշինքով կամ առանձին, դեռ քննարկում ենք։ Բայց համենայնդեպս, մենք հակված ենք, որ առաջին հերթին այդ ընտրությունները տեղի չունենան։ Մենք գտնում ենք, որ այս իշխանությունների օրոք, հովանու տակ չի կարելի ընտրություններ անցկացնել։ Հատկապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչապետության ներքո։

- Դուք հիմա ի՞նչ ուժերի հետ եք քննարկումների մեջ։ «Երրորդ ուժ» նախաձեռնության հետ ի՞նչ հարաբերությունների մեջ եք։

- Մենք հայտարարել ենք, որ այն ուժերը, որոնք որ լծված են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռացման գործին, կանգնելու ենք իրենց կողքին։

- «Երրորդ ուժի» հետ կապ ունե՞ք հիմա։

- Չենք համագործակցում, բայց համենայնդեպս, դեմ էլ չենք, որովհետև մեր պահանջները նույնն են, մեր շահերը համընկնում են։

- Իսկ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու դեպքում, ո՞ր կարգին եք կողմ՝ ռեյտինգայի՞ն, թե՞ համամասնական։

- Իհարկե համամասնականի։ Ռեյտինգայինը խայտառակություն է, որովհետև աժիոտաժ է ստեղծում այդ ոչ ճիշտ մրցակցությունը։ Մրցակցությունը նախ սկսվում է ցանկացած ուժի ներսում, հետո նոր ուրիշ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ։ Եվ պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք այդքան թեկնածուներ գտնել, և բոլորին լծել ընտրություններին, մի քիչ շատ բարդ գործընթաց է։ Կարծում եմ, որ համամասնական ցուցակն ավելի ճիշտ է, որովհետև այնտեղ արդեն կուսակցության գաղափարախոսությունը կա։ Այն անհատները, որոնք կընդգրկվեն տվյալ կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակում, արդեն կհուշի իրենց որակի մասին, այդ անձանց անցած ճանապարհի մասին։

- Իսկ ի՞նչ ծրագրով եք նախատեսում մասնակցել։

- Ծրագրերն առայժմ մշակման փուլում են՝ և՛ արտաքին քաղաքականության, և՛ տնտեսության, և՛  ներքին քաղաքականության։ Եթե տեղի ունենան ընտրությունները, ապա մենք կներկայացնենք, այդ ժամանակ պարզ կլինի։

- Իսկ կորոնավիրուսի պայմաններում, Ձեր կարծիքով, ինչպե՞ս պետք է անցկացվեն ընտրությունները։

- Ես չեմ պատկերացնում՝ ինչպես են քարոզարշավներն անելու, ընտրություններն անցակցնելու։ Բայց մի վատ «հոտ» էլ կարող ենք առնել դրանից՝ անցնեն ինչ-որ այլ տարբերակի։ Ինչպես ուսուցումն անցավ օնլայն, այնպես էլ այս դեպքում ինչ-որ «կապիկ» բան մտածեն, որին մեր հանրությունը պատրաստ չէ։ Սրանով մասնակցության թիվը կկրճատվի, կամ չգիտեմ՝ ինչ կլինի։ Թող Նիկոլը մտածի՝ ոնց է գնալու քարոզարշավի։ Եվ քանի հազար ոստիկան է բերելու, որպեսզի գլուխը չկոտրեն քարոզարշավի ժամանակ»,-գրում է թերթը:
