Երկրապահ կամավորականների միությունը ցավակցական խոսք է հղել լեգենդար հրամանատար, Արցախի հերոս Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանի մահվան կապակցությամբ:

«ԵԿՄ վարչությունը խոր ցավով տեղեկացավ լեգենդար հրամանատար Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանի՝ Կոմանդոսի մահվան լուրին:

Տեր-Թադեւոսյանը 1988 թվականից միացել է Արցախի ազատագրման պայքարին: Ակտիվ մասնակցություն է ունեցել կամավորականների զինվորական մարզման գործում: Անուրանալի է Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանի գործը Արցախյան ազատամարտի հաղթանակների կերտման ճանապարհին՝ Շուշիի ազատագրման պայքարում:

Անգնահատելի է Արցախի հերոս Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանի ավանդը մեր անկախ պետության, հայոց բանակաշինության գործում:

Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանն իր դերակատարությունն է ունեցել Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության ստեղծման գործում: Նա լինելով ԵԿՄ վարչության անդամ, նաեւ փոխնախագահ շարունակել է ծառայել հայրենիքին, հայ ժողովրդին:

Գեներալ-մայոր Արկադի Տեր-Թադեւոսյանն ասում էր, որ մեզ ուժեղ ոգով մարդիկ ու հայրենասերներ են պետք: Եվ մենք վստահաբար ասում ենք, որ հայրենասիրության վառ կերպարներից էր նաեւ հենց ինքը, ով իր անցած ճանապարհով, իր իրականացրած մարտական գործողություններով ոգեշնչման մեծ աղբյուր է նոր սերնդի կրթման ու դաստիարակության համար:

Ազգերի հիշողության մեջ հաղթանակներն անջնջելի հետք են թողնում եւ Կոմանդոսն այդ հաղթանակը կերտողներից մեկն էր:

ՀՀ Երկրապահ կամավորականների միությունը ցավակցում է ընտանիքին, հարազատներին, բարեկամներին, մարտական ընկերներին, նրան ճանաչողներին:
