Использование заменителя соли может оказать значительное влияние на снижение артериального давления, что может быть очень полезно для пациентов с гипертонией. Выяснили это ученые из Института глобального здравоохранения Джорджа.
Их исследование, проведенное в сельских районах Индии и опубликованно в American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, показало, что замена небольшой части натрия в соли калием без изменения вкуса привело к значительному снижению систолического артериального давления у пациентов.
Это было рандомизированное, двойное слепое, контролируемое испытание с участием 502 пациентов с гипертонией из 7 деревень. Участники были рандомизированы для получения обычной соли (100% хлорид натрия) или заменителя соли (70% хлорида натрия/30% хлорида калия).
Первичным результатом было изменение систолического артериального давления спустя три месяца в группе с заменителем соли. Вторичные результаты включали изменение диастолического артериального давления, суточных биомаркеров мочи, а также самооценку употребления и удовлетворения полученными для исследования солями.
