«ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Միքայել Համբարձումյանն ու նրա գործընկերները որոշել են նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գալ՝ ձևավորել հասարակական կազմակերպություն, որտեղ ընդգրկված կլինեն ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեններ, բարձրաստիճան սպաներ։ Առաջիկայում նաև ասուլիսով հանդես կգան՝ ներկայացնելու ստեղծման նպատակներն ու մասնակիցներին։
Համբարձումյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում չցանկացավ շատ փակագծեր բացել, միայն ասաց․ «Նախաձեռնության նպատակը մեր կոլեգաների ներուժն ի նպաստ մեր հայրենիքի ռացիոնալ օգտագործելն է»։ Իսկ քաղաքական ուղղվածություն ունենալո՞ւ է նախաձեռնությունը, կարո՞ղ է հետո քաղաքականություն մուտք գործեն։ Համբարձումյանն ասաց․ «Ոչ։ Հիմա բոլորը քաղաքականության մեջ են»։
Նախաձեռնության մեջ, ամեն դեպքում, հազիվ թե լինեն ԱԱԾ այն նախկին տնօրենները, որոնք այս իշխանությունների հետ ինչ-ինչ առնչություններ ունեն, օրինակ՝ Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանը, որն այսօր ատոմակայանի տնօրենն է, Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը, որը նոր պաշտոնի է սպասում, կամ Արմեն Աբազյանը, եթե մինչ այդ արդեն համալրած լինի ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրենների ցանկը։ Թեպետ ոչինչ բացառել պետք չէ»,-գրում է թերթը:
