Այսօր իմ վերջին աշխատանքային օրն է որպես ԲՏԱ նախարար․ Հակոբ Արշակյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացրել

ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում նա գրում է․

«Սիրելի’ հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր իմ վերջին աշխատանքային օրն է որպես ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար։

Որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի անընդունելի եմ համարում պաշտոնյայի կողմից որևէ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ բռնության կիրառումը, մենք պարտավոր ենք շարժվել առանց բռնության հասարակություն ունենալու ճանապարհով։

Որպես բարձաստիճան պաշտոնյա, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը միջազգային ասպարեզում ներկայացնող անձ, առավել ևս, պարտավոր եմ սեփական փորձով ծառայել հանրությանը որպես օրինակ։ Այսպիսով իմ անհանդուրժողականություն եմ հայտնում բռնությանը, թե հոգեբանական, թե ֆիզիկական։ Հուսամ, որ կատարվածը որպես դաս կծառայի մեր հասարակության համար և մենք մի փոքր ավելի կսիրենք իրար ու կհարգենք յուրաքանչյուրի անձնական, ընտանեկան կյանքի անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքը։

Ցանկանում եմ առաջին հերթին շնորհակալություն հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ վստահության և այս բարձր պաշտոնում մեր Հայրենիքին ծառայելու հնարավորություն ընձեռելու համար։ Շնորհակալ եմ նաև կառավարության մեր գործընկերներին՝ համատեղ արդյունավետ աշխատանքի համար։

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում մեր քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր վստահեցին, սիրեցին կամ ոչ այնքան, ովքեր գնահատեցին կամ քննադատեցին իմ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում։ Հավատացնում եմ, որ յուրաքանչյուր քաջալերանքի ու քննադատության խոսքն իր տեղն է գտել մեր առօրյա աշխատանքում և հաջողություններում։

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում նախարարության և ենթակա մարմինների հազարավոր աշխատակիցներին. ոչինչ այնքան կարևոր չէ, որքան ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի ամենօրյա նվիրված աշխատանքը։ Շարունակեք աշխատել սրտի թելադրանքով ու սիրով դեպի մեր երկիրը, միայն այդպես կարող եք գտնել հաջողության և զարգացման ճանապարհը, թե Ձեր, թե պետության համար։

Աշխատանքի ընթացքում հանդիպում են բազմաթիվ ճամփաբաժաններ. ղեկավարի կամ առաջնորդի հմտությունն առաջին հերթին ճանապարհի ճիշտ ընտրություն կատարելու մեջ է, հենց այդ պատճառով էլ անհնար է կատարել բոլորի ցանկությունը միաժամանակ,և Նախարարության թիմը մշտապես առաջնորդվել է պետության և հասարակության առաջնահերթ շահերով։

Մեր եղբայրներից շատերն ընկան մարտում, գլուխ եմ խոնարհում նրանց հիշատակի և ընտանիքների առաջ, նրանց սխրանքը հավերժ կմնա մեր սրտերում։ Մենք շատ սիրուն երկիր ունենք, որտեղ ապրում են ուժեղ և լավ մարդիկ, իրար մի բաժանեք ու դասակարգեք, մենք միասին կառուցելու ենք երջանիկ, անվտանգ ու զարգացած երկիր՝ յուրաքանչյուրիս ամենօրյա քրտնաջան ու հետևողական աշխատանքով։

Իմ հետագա գործունեությամբ կշարունակեմ աշխատել հանուն մեր սիրելի հայրենիքի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զարգացման»։
