«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Գորիսից ոչ հեռու, Խնածախ գյուղի մոտ փոքր հայկական դիրք է մնացել, որը հսկում են զինվորականները, իսկ նրանց օգնում են տեղի բնակիչներ, նախկին ազատամարտիկներ, կամավորներ՝ լավ հասկանալով դիրքի կենսական նշանակությունն այս տեղանքի համար։ Այս դիրքը բոլոր կողմերից շրջափակված է ադրբեջանական զորքով։ Ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը, եթե թվեր չբացահայտենք, այնպիսին է, որ թշնամին շեշտակի առավելություն ունի մեր տղաների համեմատ։

«Փաստացի սա մեր սահմանն է, մենք այն պահում ենք, բայց իրենք երբ ուզենան, մեզ կգրավեն։ Մենք «կոլցոյի» մեջ ենք։ Նայում ենք չորս կողմ՝ մի 100 մետր հեռու ադրբեջանցին է կանգնած, իրանց դրոշն է խփած»,- ասում է Խնածախը պահող զինծառայողներից մեկը։ Նա վստահեցնում է, որ ե՛ւ ինքը, ե՛ւ ընկերները գեթ մեկ րոպեով զինվորական հանդերձանքը չեն հանում։

«Մենք, կարելի է ասել, շրջափակման մեջ ենք։ Որ ֆորմեն հանենք, կարող են հարձակվել, գերի վերցնել ու ասել՝ ահաբեկիչներ են»,- ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը»:
