Թուրքիայում քննարկում են Բայդենի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության հնարավոր ճանաչումը

Թուրքական մամուլում ակտիվ քննարկվում է ապրիլի 24-ին ընդառաջ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության հնարավոր ճանաչման թեման: Դրա վերաբերյալ ուշագրավ հոդված է պատրաստել թուրքական «Milliyet» թերթի սյունակագիր Ալի Չընարը: Վերջինս, հղում անելով Սպիտակ տան իր աղբյուրներից ստացած տեղեկատվությանը, հայտնել է, որ Բայդենը ցեղասպանությունը չճանաչելու պատճառ չունի:
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ Բայդենը քարոզարշավի ժամանակ էլ է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչելու խոստում տվել, իսկ ծնունդով Կալիֆորնիայի նահանգից (որտեղ մեծ է հայկական սփյուռքի ազդեցությունը) փոխնախագահ Քամալա Հարիսի դիրքորոշումն էլ այս հարցում հստակ է:
Չընարը, հիշեցնելով, որ ԱՄՆ-ի 50 նահանգներից 49-ը ճանաչել են ցեղասպանությունը, փորձել է կանխատեսել, թե ինչ կարող է լինել կառավարության ճանաչումից հետո: Այս հարցի շուրջ նա զրուցել է թուրք-ամերիկյան համայնքի ղեկավար Էրգուն Քըրլըքովալըի հետ, ով նկատել է, որ նման որոշումից հետո կարող են վերաբացվել ամերիկյան դատարաններում քննված մի շարք դատական գործեր, որոնց դեպքում նախկինում կայացվել են որոշումներ ոչ հայերի օգտին:
Մասնավորապես կառավարության ճանաչումով ասպարեզից դուրս կգա այն հիմնավորումը, որով ֆեդերալ դատարանները կարողանում էին մերժել հայերի ներկայացրած տարբեր փոխհատուցումների հայցերը՝ չնայած նահանգային դատարանների՝ արդեն իսկ կայացրած հակառակ որոշումներին: Այսպիսով հայերը կարող են նախկինում պարտված դատավարությունները վերաբացել:
Քըրլըքովալըի խոսքով՝ հայերը տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներով կսկսեն «Նախագահը ճանաչել է» ակցիան՝ կրկին բարձրաձայնելով տարածքային պահանջները և նյութական փոխհատուցման հարցերը:
«Ճիշտ է, դրանք իրավական հետևանքներ չեն ունենա, բայց դրանցով կշարունակեն Թուրքիային նեղը դնել։ Ավելին, թուրքական ծագումով ամերիկացիների դեմ ատելության խոսքը կարող է բռնության դրսևորումներ ունենալ:
Այս ճանաչումն օգտագործելով՝ նահանգներում էլ Թուրքիայի դեմ պատերազմ կարող են սկսել (առևտրի, կրթության, մշակույթի և այլ ոլորտներում): Ադրբեջանն էլ իր բաժինը կստանա»,- ասել է ԱՄՆ-ի թուրքական համայնքի ղեկավարը:
