«Ժողովուրդ»․ Ինչի՞ դիմաց պետք է Թուրքիան փոխի իր վերաբերմունքը Հայաստանի հանդեպ

«Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ Թուրքիան լուրջ արմատական փոփոխությունների կենթարկի Հայաստանի հանդեպ իր ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությունը և կվերացնի թշնամական գործողությունները»,-երեկ Ազգային ժողովում պատասխանելով ընդդիմադիր «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արման Աբովյանի հարցին` հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արա Այվազյանը:

Սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս առաջ 1991 թվականից ի վեր Անկարայի հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ չունեցող Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հայտարարում էին, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի դեմ սանձազերծած պատերազմին ակտիվ մասնակցում է Թուրքիան, որն էլ ահաբեկիչ վարձկաններ էր ուղարկում հայ զինվորի դեմ կռվելու։

Այդուհանդերձ, նկատենք, որ վերջին օրերին իշխանական վերնախավն այլ հռետորաբանություն է օգտագործում։ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն օրերս Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ երեք անգամ խուսափել է ուղիղ պատասխանել հարցին, թե արդյոք Թուրքիան Հայաստանի համար թշնամի պետություն է, թե ոչ. «Եթե մենք գնում ենք տարածաշրջանի ապաշրջափակման, ապա մեր մոտեցումներում որոշակի շտկումներ պետք է լինեն, և մենք այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատում ենք»,-ասել էր նա:

Հիմա էլ արտաքին գործերի նախարարը հայտարարում է, թե Թուրքիան կվերացնի թշնամական գործողությունները: Սակայն հետաքրքիր է՝ ինչ է տեղի ունեցել, և ինչի դիմաց պետք է Թուրքիան փոխի իր վերաբերմունքը Հայաստանի հանդեպ:

Պաշտոնյաների այս պահվածքը երկու բան է նշանակում՝ կա՛մ որևէ բան է Հայաստանը խոստացել, ու հասարակությունը դարձյալ չգիտի, կա՛մ տեղի են ունեցել իրադարձություններ, որոնք դարձյալ քաղաքացիներից գաղտնի են պահվել:

Բայց սա դեռ ամենը չէ. ՀՀ արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը երեկ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարեն Սիմոնյանի հարցին՝ կապված Ադրբեջանի կողմից օկուպացված տարածքների մասին, պատասխանել է. «Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած Ղարաբաղի, հատկապես՝ Հադրութի շրջանի վերաբերյալ մենք շատ հստակ արտահայտվել ենք, և ԱԳՆ-ն ներկայացրել է իր ճանապարհային քարտեզը մեր պատկերացրած Արցախի հարցի լուծման վերաբերյալ, և այնտեղ մեծ տեղ է զբաղեցնում դեօկուպացիայի դրույթը», – նշել էր նա: Նկատենք՝ Արա Այվազյանի խոսքում որևէ բառ չկա Շուշիի մասին։ Ի՞նչ է ստացվում, իսկապե՞ս Շուշին դժգույն ու դժբախտ քաղաք է և մեզ պետք չէ՞։

Եվ մի բան էլ. պատասխանելով անկախ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանի հարցին՝ նախարար Այվազյանն ասաց, թե Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը մշտապես խոսել է ղարաբաղյան հարցը պատերազմով լուծելու մասին, անգամ՝ բանակցությունների ժամանակ:

Բայց այս իրողությունը մեր աչքի առաջ ունենալով՝ և՛ վարչապետը, և՛ ԱԱԽ քարտուղարը, և՛ մի շարք պատգամավորներ խոսում են խաղաղության մասին՝ միակողմանի խաղաղության։ Այստեղ տեղին է հիշեցնել ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հետևյալ խոսքերը. «Մեր ուժը մեր թուլության մեջ է»։ Այսինքն՝ հանրահավաքներում քննադատում են առաջին նախագահին, բայց առաջնորդվում նրա թեզերով»,-գրում է թերթը:
