Ճապոնիայի դեսպանը հայ-ճապոնական հարաբերությունների վերընթաց է կանխատեսում

Հայ-ճապոնական հարաբերությունների համար 2015 թվականը յուրահատուկ և հաջողակ տարի էր: Ընթացիկ տարում դիվանագիտական, քաղաքական և տնտեսական ոլորտներում սկիզբ դրված ջերմ երկխոսությունը կշարունակվի նաև հաջորդ տարի: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էյջի Տագուչին` հայտնելով, որ 2016 թվականի առաջին կեսին Հայաստան կայցելի Ճապոնիայի խորհրդարանի հայ-ճապոնական բարեկամական խմբի պատվիրակությունը:
«Այցի հստակ օրը դեռ որոշված չէ, սակայն հույս ունեմ, որ այն տեղի կունենա եկող տարվա առաջին կեսին: Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի միջև ձևավորված միջխորհրդարանական կապերը շատ կարևոր են և կարող են նպաստել Հայաստանում քաղաքական համակարգի բարելավմանը»,- ասաց դեսպանը:
Տնտեսական համագոծակցության ոլորտում նա կարևորեց առևտրային հարաբերությունների զարգացումը: Հարցին, թե ՀՀ անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը ինչ նոր հնարավոություններ կարող է ստեղծել մեր երկրում գործունեթյուն ծավալել ցանկացող ճապոնացի գործարարների համար, դիվանագետը դեռ վաղ համարեց այդ մասին գնահատական տալ: «Մենք դեռ չգիտենք, թե ինչ հնարավորություններ կան ճապոնացի գործարարների համար: Գուցե ավելի լավ և նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծվեն»,- հույս հայտնեց նա:
Անդրադառնալով այլ ոլորտներում երկու երկրների համագործակցությանը, դիվանագետը նշեց, որ Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը պարբերաբար օժանդակություն է տրամադրում Հայաստանին աղետների հետևանքների նվազեցման և կանխման գործում: Ճապոնիան նաև բժշկական նորագույն սարքավորումներ է տրամադրել այս տարի նոյեմբերին վերականգնված Ճամբարակի բժշկական կենտրոնի համար: Դեսպանը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի հետ ներկա է եղել բուժկենտրոնի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: «Մենք նախատեսում ենք նոր ծրագիր իրականացնել Հայաստանում: Այժմ ՀՀ կառ ավարության հետ քննարկում ենք դրա իրականացման հնարավորությունները»,- ասաց Տագուչին, սակայն չցանկացավ բացել փակագծերը:
