ServiceTitan ծրագրային ստարտափը նոր հավելված կամ հեռավար աշխատանքի գործիք չէ: Սակայն քանի որ ամերիկացիները վերջին ամիսներին ավելի հաճախ են տանը մնացել, ծրագրային ստարտափն օգնել է առեւտրի ոլորտի մասնագետներին, որոնք սպասարկում են այդ տները, անվտանգ լինել բիզնեսում կուլիսների հետեւում: Վերջերս ընկերությունը գնահատվել է 8,3 միլիարդ դոլար, գրում է Forbes-ը:
Համավարակի ընթացքում ServiceTitan-ն ուսումնասիրել է՝ ինչպես են իր հաճախորդներից մի քանիսը բում ապրել իրենց բիզնեսում, մինչդեռ մյուսները պայքարել են: Ընկերության համահիմնադիր եւ գործադիր տնօրեն Արա Մաղդեսյանի խոսքով՝ խաղալով կապալառուների գոյության պայքարի գործում՝ ընկերությունը կարողացել է ստանալ առաջադեմ փորձ եւ կազմել անվտանգ եւ անհպում տնային սպասարկման մասին ուղեցույց՝ ընդ որում՝ նվիրելով 100 000 դիմակ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ ServiceTitan-ը շարունակում է աճել: Ընկերությունը պնդում է, որ դրա տարեկան պարբերական եկամուտը կազմել է 250 միլիոն դոլար, ինչը 50 տոկոսով ավելին է՝ ի տարբերություն անցած տարվա, իսկ հաճախորդների թիվը եռապատկվել է, երբ 2018 թվականին այն հասել է միլիարդավոր «ստարտափի» կարգավիճակին: Գլենդելից ընկերությունը նաեւ մի քանի ձեռքբերում է գրանցել, որոնցից վերջինը ServicePro-ն է՝ Օհայոյում վնասատուների դեմ պայքարի բիզնեսը, որը ներառել է տնային տնտեսության ոլորտ եւ ավելացրել դրանով հաճախորդների թիվը:
