Տոներին ընդառաջ հայաստանյան շուկայում էական գնաճ չի արձանագրվել

Յուրաքանչյուր տարի Ամանորի նախաշեմին Հայաստանը բախվում է գնաճային ռիսկերի հետ: Մարդիկ իրենց խնայողությունները կենտրոնացնում են դեկտեմբերին ծախսելու վրա, ինչն առաջացնում է լրացուցիչ պահանջարկ, իսկ լրացուցիչ պահանջարկի պարագայում գնաճը հնարավոր է: Նման դիտարկում արեց տնտեսագետ Վիլեն Խաչատրյանը:
«Գնաճ կլինի՝ կախված պահանջարկի մեծությունից:Մարդկանց մեծ մասի մոտ գնողունակության անկում կա, իսկ տնտեսության շրջանառության մեջ՝ եկամտի զանգվածի կրճատում: Այս գործոնները կարող են կանխել գնաճի տեմպը: Բացի դրանից տրանսվերտների կրճատումը, որը պայմանավորված է ՌԴ տնտեսության բացասական զարգացումներով, ՌԴ-ում նավթի գները 40 դոլարից ցածր են, և այդ ցածր գները նպաստում են, որ աշխատողների եկամուտները նվազեն, և Ռուսաստանում աշխատող ՀՀ քաղաքացին արդեն քիչ տրանսվերտներ ուղարկի Հայաստան, իսկ քիչ ուղարկված տրանսվերտը ստիպում է, որ մարդիկ գնÕ �ղունակ չլինեն»,- ասաց տնտեսագետը:
Խաչատրյանի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանում արժույթի 15 տոկոս արժեզրկում կա, ինչը հանգեցրել է բարձր գնաճի, որը կարող է անդրադառնալ Հայաստան ներմուծվող ապրանքների գների վրա, քանի որ հայկական շուկա ներմուծման 30 տոկոս տեսակարար կշիռը բաժին է ընկնում ՌԴ-ին:
«Կարծում եմ՝ գնաճային ռիսկեր կան, բայց դրանք այդքան էլ մեծ չեն: Մարդկանց գնողունակությունն է ցածր մակարդակի վրա, իսկ շուկայի ծավալները գնաճի վրա այս տարի լուրջ ազդեցություն չեն ունենա»,- կանխատեսում է մասնագետը:
Տնտեսագետը նշեց, որ գնաճն այս տարի դեռևս նորմայի շրջանակներում է, այսինքն` 3-4 տոկոսանոց սպառողական գների աճի ինդեքսի մակարդակում: Աննախադեպ գնաճ այս պահի դրությամբ չի գրանցվել: Սա հիմնականում պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ մարդիկ գնողունակ չեն, քանի որ եթե գնողունակությունը չընկներ մեր ներմուծումը 10 ամսվա ընթացքում 1 մլրդ դոլարի չափով անկում չէր գրանցի:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՏՄՊՊՀ մամլո խոսնակ Գայանե Սահակյանը ևս նշեց, որ իրենց ուսումնասիրություններով հայաստանյան մրցակցային շուկայում գնաճի հետ կապված խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել:
«Տոներին ընդառաջ հանձնաժողովը շատ ավելի խիստ վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում, անցկացնում է ամենօրյա դիտարկում, որպեսզի հնարավոր գնաճը կանխարգելվի: Դեկտեմբերի մեկից անցել ենք ամենօրյա ռեժիմի: Այս պահի դրությամբ հանձնաժողովում խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել, դեռևս որևէ վարույթ չի հարուցվել, վերահսկողությունը կշարունակվի, ու խախտումներ բացահայտելու դեպքում հանրությունը կտեղեկացվի»- ասաց ՏՄՊՊՀ ներկայացուցիչը:
ՏՄՄՊՀ-ն շաբաթը երեք անգամ ուսումնասիրություններ ու վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում հայաստանյան շուկայում գերիշխող տնտեսվարողների հետ, ովքեր զբաղեցնում են շուկայում ապրանքիրացման ծավալների 1/3-ից ավելին:
