Հայաստանում էականորեն սահմանափակում են ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի գովազդը

 Հայաստանի կառավարությունը  կարգելի ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի գովազդը՝ բացառությամբ մի քանի դեպքերի: Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նստաշրջանի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է «Շահումով խաղերի եւ խաղատների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում եւ «Գովազդի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագի ծը, որով առաջարկվում է էականորեն սահմանափակել ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի գովազդը:

Նախագծով արգելվում է  ինտերնետ շահումով խաղի կամ դրանց կազմակերպիչների գովազդը, բացառությամբ անմիջականորեն (խաղասրահների միջոցով) ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի շենքերի, շինությունների, սրահների մեջ կամ վրա, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանային մուտքի կետերում, ինչպես նաեւ առնվազն չորսաստղանի կարգին համապատասխան որակավորման պահանջներին եւ չափանիշներին համապատասխան հյուրանոցներում տեղադրվողների:

Նախագիծը մշակվել է սպառողների իրավունքների եւ շահերի պաշտպանության, ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի գովազդի միջոցով անչափահասներին եւ քաղաքացիներին մոլեխաղերով  հրապուրվելու, անձանց բարոյական կամ նյութական վնաս պատճառելու սպառնալիքով հղի գործունեության կանխարգելման նպատակով:

Որպես հիմնավորում նշվում է այն հանգամանքը, որ  «Շահումով խաղերի եւ խաղատների մասին» եւ «Գովազդի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքերով արգելվում է շահումով խաղի խաղատան կամ խաղասրահի,  դրանց կազմակերպիչների գովազդը, բացառությամբ խաղատների կամ շահումով խաղերի շենքերի, շինությունների կամ սրահների մեջ կամ վրա, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանային մուտքի կետերում, ինչպես նաեւ առնվազն չորսաստղանի կարգին համապատասխան որակավորման պահանջներին եւ չափանիշներին համապատասխան հյուրանոցներում տեղադրվողների: Ինտերնետ շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպ ման նկատմամբ վերը նշված սահմանապակումը չի տարածվում, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ըստ էության ինտերնետ շահումով խաղը նույնպես համարվում է շահումով խաղ եւ նրա հանդեպ պետք է կիրառվեն այն բոլոր սահմանափակումներն, որոնք ուղղված են սպառողների, մասնավորապես անչափահասների իրավունքների եւ շահերի պաշտպանությանը:
