«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Երեկ բավականին ծանր օր էր որոշակի շրջանակների համար: Նախ՝ հայտնի դարձավ, որ նախօրեին հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել Հայաստանի և Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սերժ Սարգսյանի, Արկադի Ղուկասյանի և Բակո Սահակյանի միջև, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են հետպատերազմյան շրջանում Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակին և հետագա հնարավոր զարգացումներին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր։ Հիշեցնենք, որ նման հանդիպում տեղի էր ունեցել նաև պատերազմի օրերին: Այնուհետ ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանն անվավեր և հակասահմանադրական է ճանաչել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1 հոդվածը, որը սահմանադրական կարգի ենթադրյալ տապալման, կամ, այսպես ասած, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործի հիմքն էր։
«Փաստ» թերթի հավաստի տեղեկություններով, այս որոշումը պարզապես հիստերիայի մեջ է գցել ոչ միայն իշխանավորներին, այլև իշխանամերձ որոշ անհատների, որոնք «Մարտի 1-ի» գործի յուրատեսակ քաղաքական ու ֆինանսական շահառու էին դարձել: Նրանք ոչ միայն սոցցանցերում էին իրենց զայրույթը թափում 5 րոպեն մեկ գրառումներով, այլև նրանցից մի քանիսի համար, մեր տեղեկություններով, շտապօգնություն է նույնիսկ եկել: Փաստացի, այս մարդկանց՝ տարիներ շարունակ փչած «փուչիկը» պայթեց օրենքի ամբողջ ուժով...
