Հայաստանը հիմա պատրաստ չէ ընտրությունների այս բզկտված վիճակում, դրանք խորացնելու են ճգնաժամը եւ ոչ թե լուծելու են։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 26–ին, Հայաստանի մի քանի լրատվամիջոցների հետ զրույցում ասել է Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման վարչապետի թեկնածու Վազգեն Մանուկյանը։

«Մենք թե՛ մեր, թե՛ մյուս երկրների առաջ խայտառակ կլինենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երկիրը կործանելուց հետո ղեկավարելու է ընտրությունները։ Ավելի լավ է՝ ինքը մի քիչ էլ երկար մնա, մինչեւ որ մենք ուժ հավաքենք՝ իրենց գցենք, քան թե ինքը կառավարի այդ ընտրությունները։ Չեմ խոսում նույնիսկ այն մասին, որ ինքը ընտրությունների ժամանակ տոկոս կհավաքի ու կստացվի, որ ինչ–որ դեպք էր եղավ, երկիրը կործանվեց, բայց իրենք էլի իրենց տոկոսն ունեն։ Եթե ինքը դառնա վարչապետ, դրանից հետո ամբողջ աշխարհը մեզ վրա ծիծաղելու է, դրանից հետո մենք ոչինչ անել չենք կարող։ Դրա համար ես գտնում եմ, որ այն ծրագիրը, որը Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժումն առաջարկեց՝ փոխել վարչապետին, մեկ տարի ժամկետով ժամանակավոր կառավարություն ձեւավորել,  հետո միայն առաջ գնալ, ամենաճիշտ ծրագիրն է։ Դուր չի գալիս վարչապետի թեկնածուն, այսինքն՝ ես, փոխենք, դուր չի գալիս մեկ տարին՝ կարճացնենք կամ երկարացնենք։ Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժումը եթե արդյունավետ չի աշխատում, ապա եկեք փոխենք այդ ֆորմատը»,– ասել է Մանուկյանը:
