«ԱԱԾ-ն, զինված ուժերի գնդապետին 6 ամիս կալանքի տակ պահելով, ցանկացել է Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ ցուցմունք կորզել, սակայն չի հաջողվել, ստիպված են եղել սուսուփուս բաց թողնել։ Խոսքը ԶՈՒ ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի բաժնի պետ Վահան Ավետիսյանի մասին է, որին ԱԱԾ-ն կալանավորել էր՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության օրոք 42 մլն դոլարի ձեռք բերված ենթադրյալ անպետք զինատեսակի հետ կապված քրեական գործով: Մասնավորապես, գնդապետից ցանկացել են կորզել, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանը ՏՈՐ հակաօդային զենիթահրթիռային համակարգեր է ձեռք բերել եւ «ատկատ» ստացել դրա դիմաց։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականի մարտի 11-ին Սյունիքի մարզի Տաթեւ համայնքում սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Սերժ Սարգսյանի հասցեին, ի թիվս այլ մեղադրանքների, ասել էր, որ Սարգսյանի իշխանությունը 42 մլն դոլարի զենք է ձեռք բերել, որը հնարավոր չէ կիրառել ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ:

Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ Վահան Ավետիսյանն ապրիլի 3-ին կալանավայրից բաց նամակով դիմել էր ՀՀ վարչապետին եւ ասել, որ ԳՇ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանի եւ նրա տեղակալ Ստեփան Գալստյանի կողմից հետապնդումների է ենթարկվում: Ըստ Ավետիսյանի, վերջիններս խոչընդոտում են իր գործունեությունն ԱԺ ապրիլյան քննիչ հանձնաժողովում: Ավետիսյանը, զինված ուժերից զորացրվելուց հետո, որպես փորձագետ՝ աշխատանքի էր անցել քննիչ հանձնաժողովում: Նշենք, որ այս քրեական գործի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ ոչ մի բան հանրությանը դեռեւս իրավապահները չեն հայտնել։ Վահան Ավետիսյանի պաշտպանը եւս հրաժարվեց պարզաբանումներ տալ՝ ասելով, որ գործը պետական գաղտնիքի անվան տակ է քննվում»,-գրում է թերթը:
