«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Փորձագիտական շրջանակները պարբերաբար նշում են, որ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները կատարյալ ձախողել են, առավել ևս ռազմագերիների հարցով, կարծես, ընդհանրապես չեն զբաղվում: Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ դրա ևս մեկ ապացույց: Մասնավորաբար, համաշխարհային իրավապաշտպան Human Rights Watch կազմակերպությունը բավականին լուրջ ու կարևոր զեկույց էր հրապարակել և փաստաթղթավորված ներկայացրել, որ հայ ռազմագերիները Ադրբեջանում ենթարկվում են խոշտանգումների ու նվաստացումների։ Երեկ էլ Եվրախորհրդարանի՝ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի հետ աշխատող երեք պաշտոնյա՝ Հարավային Կովկասի հետ հարաբերությունների պատվիրակության ղեկավար Մարինա Կալյուրանդը, Հայաստանի հարցով հիմնական զեկուցող Անդրեյ Կովաչևը և Ադրբեջանի հարցով հիմնական զեկուցող Ժելյանա Ժիվկոն համատեղ կոչով դատապարտել են Ադրբեջանին ռազմագերիներին կտտանքների ենթարկելու համար և պահանջել անհապաղ ազատ արձակել այնտեղ պահվող բոլոր հայերին:
Ի դեպ, առանձին հայտարարությամբ հանդես է եկել Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի ամենամեծ՝ Եվրոպական ժողովրդական կուսակցության խմբի փոխնախագահ, բուլղարացի պատգամավոր Անդրեյ Կովաչևը: «Փաստ» թերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ այս կարևոր հայտարարությունների հարցում խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունն ունի զրո ներդրում: Ինչպես հիմնականում եղել է վերջին երեք տարվա ընթացքում, այս անգամ էլ Բրյուսելում Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավորների հետ այս ուղղությամբ աշխատել է ոչ թե իշխանական ուժը կամ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունը, այլ ՀՀԿ-ն (մասնավորապես կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը) և Բրյուսելի Հայ դատի գրասենյակը: Ի դեպ, ըստ տեղեկությունների, հատկապես այս առումով անգործության է մատնված նաև Բելգիայի Թագավորությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանությունը: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, դեսպան, Եվրամիությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչության ղեկավար Աննա Աղաջանյանը միջազգային տարբեր շփումների ժամանակ որպես «բրենդ» է ներկայացնում այն հանգամանքը, որ իրենց դեսպանատանն «ամենաշատ կանայք են աշխատում»:
