«Փետրվարի 19-ի արտահերթ նիստում իշխանությունը զոռբայությամբ անցկացրեց «ՀՀ դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախագծերի փաթեթը, որով Հայաստանում դատավորին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար ԲԴԽ-ին դիմելու իրավունք կունենան նաև ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձինք։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ ԱԺ մի քանի անկախ պատգամավորներ մտադրվել էին ակցիա անել և տապալել այդ խայտառակ նախագծի ընդունումը, որը կարող է վտանգել դատարանների անկախությունը։

«Իմ քայլից» անկախացած Աննա Գրիգորյանը, Թագուհի Թովմասյանը և այլք պատրաստվում էին «գրավել» ԱԺ ամբիոնն ու չհեռանալ՝ հույսով, որ կտապալեն քվեարկությունը։ Բայց նախագիծը տապալելու փոխարեն նրանց ակցիան է տապալվել՝ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների հետ չհամաձայնեցված գործողությունների պատճառով։ Մեզ ասացին՝ ԼՀԿ խմբակցությունից եղել է համաձայնություն՝ միանալու ակցիային, սակայն, իրենց ասելով, երբ գնացել են քվեարկության ժամին դահլիճ, անկախները դահլիճում չեն եղել։ Անկախներն էլ ասում են՝ իրենք իմացել են, թե ընդդիմությունը չի գալու դահլիճ։

Նաև իմացել են, թե քվեարկությունը թողնվելու է հաջորդ օրվան, մինչդեռ «Իմ քայլը» երեկոյան ժամը 8-ի կողմերն է երկրորդ ընթերցումը կազմակերպել, որ շըփ-թըփ անի՝ անցկացնի։ Արդյունքում «գյոզալ» ակցիան տեղի չի ունեցել, իսկ «ուսապարկերը» նորից հերթական վնասակար օրենքն են անցկացրել»,-գրում է թերթը:
