SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝  մարտի 21-ին վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել  Երևանում:

Ժամը 18:40-ի սահմաններում «Երևանի 2-րդ բուժմիավորում» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ  «կրծքավանդակի առաջնային պատի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի  տղամարդ: 

Հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արման Պապյանի գլխավորությամբ:  Մինչ ոստիկանները պարզում էին վիրավորի ինքնությունը, ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում Միքայելյան վիրաբուժության կենտրոնից ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է  ստացվել, որ  «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի թիկնային մակերեսի ծակած պատռած վերք, աջ ազդրի վերին 3-րդականի ծակած-պատռած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի: Նշված հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ այդ քաղաքացին Երևանի բնակիչ, 27-ամյա Արմեն Մովսիսյանն է: Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին  2 վիրավորների կյանքի համար, ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները թարմ հետքերով պարզել են, որ  նշված անձինք վիրավորվել են  Սարյան  փողոցի  35 հասցեի մոտ: Այնուհետև կենտրոնի ոստիկանները ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումերի արդյունքում նշված վայրում վիճաբանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանություն են բերման ենթարկել Երևանի բնակիչներ, 32-ամյա Արմեն Մկրտչյանին, 35-ամյա Մկրտիչ Մկրտչյանին:  Գ. Շամշյանի  տեղեկություններով՝ նրանք հարազատ եղբայրներ են և վերջիններիս մորաքրոջ որդու՝ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Ա. Մովսիսյանի, Երևանի բնակիչ,  36-ամյա Արտյոմ Մկրտչյանի հետ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանի բնակիչներ, 18-ամյա Արթուր Սարդարյանի, 18-ամյա Դավիթ Տոնապետյանի, 18-ամյա Տիգրան Պարոնիկյանի, 21-ամյա Վահե Պարոնիկյանի, 21-ամյա Գարիկ Վարոսյանի, 18-ամյա Սարգիս Նիկողոսյանի, 19-ամյա Մել Կիրակոսյանի, և 22-ամյա Նիկոլայ Մամյանի միջև:

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ վիճաբանության ժամանակ Ն. Մամյանը  իր մոտ եղած դանակով հարվածել և մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել 2-րդ բուժմիավորում տեղափոխված Ա. Մկրտչյանին և Միքայելյան վիրաբուժության կենտրոն տեղափոխված Ա. Մովսիսյանին: 

Ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները, մյուս մասնակիցների  ինքնությունը պարզելու և նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:  Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորները ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություններ տալու:

Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի  տեղեկություններով՝ կռվի մասնակիցների մեջ կան ոչ միայն պաշտոնյաների, այլև ուժային կառույցում աշխատող բարձրաստիճան սպաների որդիներ:
