Թուրք երգիչը Քիմ Քարդաշյանին «զզվելի հայ» է անվանել ցեղասպանության գրառումների համար
SOCIETYՍտամբուլի ընդհանուր իրավասությունների դատարանն մարտի 23-ին արդարացրել է թուրքական սոցցանցերում հայտնի երգիչ Մուրաթ Օվյուչին, որը իր Ինստագրամի «Սթորի» բաժնում, անդրադառնալով 2020 թ. Քիմ Քարդաշյանի՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին հրապարակումներին, վերջինիս «զզվելի հայ» էր անվանել և հայհոյել նրան։
«Դուք՝ հայերդ, զզվելի եք։ Դու ո՞վ ես, որ իմ օսմանցի մեծերին բարբարոս անվանես»,-գրում է ermenihaber.am-ը։
Ստամբուլի Բեյլօղլուի թաղական խորհրդի ատենապետ, պոլսահայ իրավաբան Սիմոն Չեքեմն Օվյուչի դեմ հայց էր ներկայացրել Ստամբուլի դատախազություն՝ Քիմ Քարդաշյանին ուղղված հրապարակման մեջ հայերին վիրավորանք հնչեցնելու համար։ Դատախազությունը Չեքեմի բողոքի հիման վրա հետաքննություն էր սկսել։
Օվյուչը խոստովանական ցուցմունքի ժամանակ իր մեղքը չէր ընդունել՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ իր խոսքերը պատասխան են Քիմ Քարդաշյանին։ Նա պնդել էր, որ իր խոսքերն ուղղված են եղել Քիմ Քարդաշյան անունով ԱՄՆ քաղաքացուն և «օսմանցիներին թշնամի հայերին»։
Նրա դեմ մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել հասարակության մեջ խտրականություն դնելու, ժողովրդի մեջ թշնամանք սերմանելու, վիրավորանք հնչեցնելու և սպառնալիք տարածելու հոդվածների հատկանիշներով։
Մարտի 23-ին կայացած դատական նիստին ներկա է եղել նաև Սիմոն Չեքեմը: Նա նշել է, որ Օվյուչը չի ասել, որ զզվելի է ինչ-որ մարդ, այլ ասել է՝ «զզվելի են հայերը»: Չեքեմը դատարանից պահանջել է պատասխանատվության ենթարկել մեղադրյալին: Սակայն դատարանը մեղադրյալի դեմ հարուցված գործի առնչությամբ դիտավորյալ հանցանք չի նկատել և վճռել է արդարացնել Օվյուչին:
Նշենք, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 105-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ Քիմ Քարդաշյանն իր թվիթերյան էջում գրել էր. «Այսօր լրանում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 105-րդ տարելիցը, և ես հպարտ եմ, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ճանաչել է այն»: Սրան զուգընթաց Քիմն իր ինստագրամի սթորիներ բաժնում հրապարակել էր ցեղասպանությանը վերաբերող մի շարք լուսանկարներ:
