Արարատ Միրզոյանը առաջարկեց վերացնել ռազմական դրությունը
POLITICSԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը արտահերթ ելույթ ունեցավ և առաջարկեց վերացնել ռազմական դրությունը։ Նման նախագիծ է ներկայացրել ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը։
Ըստ նրա՝ հայտարարվել են արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման մասին և ռազմական դրությունը պետք է վերացվի։
«Ես առաջարկում եմ, նաև հաշվի առնել այն հանգամանքը, որ կան քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություններ՝ երկրում ճգնաժամը սահմանադրական և քաղաքական ճանապարհով տանելու մասին»,-նշեց նա։
Միրզոյանը առաջարկեց ընդառաջել խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությանը և «կողմ» քվեարկել առաջարկին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանում ռազմական դրություն է հայտարարվել սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, որը դեռևս չի չեղարկվել, փոխարենը կառավարությունը վերացրել է ռազմական դրության շրջանակներում գործող մի շարք սահմանափակումներ։ Մասնավորապես՝ չեղարկվել է հավաքների, գործադուլների կազմակերպման և մասնակցելու, հրապարակումների և հաղորդումների սահմանափակումների արգելքը, ինչպես նաև՝ Հայաստանի տարածք հատուկ մուտքի և ելքի ռեժիմն ու սահմանափակումները։
