Почему у детей и подростков поднимается артериальное давление?

Артериальная гипертензия может развиваться не только у взрослых людей, но и у детей и подростков. Как утверждает кардиолог Юлия Маршинцева (Россия), причин тому может быть несколько.
По ее словам, у детей обычно встречается вторичная гипертензия, которая имеет не сосудистую причину и связана с проблемами с гормонами, почками или надпочечниками.
В некоторых случаях повышенное артериальное давление у несовершеннолетних может возникать из-за переутомления и недосыпа.
«Гаджеты тоже могут повышать давление, еще вегетососудистая дистония так называемая», — отметила специалист.
У взрослых гипертензия начинается по другим причинам, например, неврологическим. Часто такая проблема появляется у людей, которые мало спят, устают на работе и курят. При этом курение выступает дополнительным фактором риска развития проблем с давлением.
«Когда человек высыпается или уходит в отпуск, то без таблеток все само собой проходит», — сказала Маршинцева телеканалу «Звезда».
Кардиолог добавила, что с возрастом сосуды теряют эластичность, поэтому их надо укреплять через спорт, закаливание и контроль уровня холестерина в крови.
