Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման դեմ հանդես եկածը` Իսրայելում ՀՀ դեսպա՞ն․ «Փաստ»

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով հետ է կանչվել մերձբալթյան երկրներում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Մկրտչյանը կնշանակվի Իսրայելում ՀՀ դեսպան։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, Իսրայելի հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները, մեղմ ասած, ջերմ չեն։ Ցեղասպանություն վերապրած հրեաները հրաժարվում են ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը։ Հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչ է անելու այդ ուղղությամբ Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը, եթե նախկինում իր նախկին շեֆից՝ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանից բողոքելով՝ ի թիվս այլ մեղքերի նրան մեղադրում էր Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցում լոբբինգ անելու մեջ։
Այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ դեսպան է նշանակվելու մեկը, որը դեմ է Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացին։ Ի դեպ, ժամանակին այդ մասին հայտնի դարձավ Վիքիլիքսի գաղտնազերծած փաստաթղթերից։ Մկրտչյանին առնչվող հատվածը ներկայացնում ենք առանց խմբագրման։ «ՌՈՒԴՈԼՖ ՓԵՐԻՆԱ -ՕԵԿ նախկին ակտիվիստը բացահայտումներ է անում (կեղտը ջրի երես է հանում). Ավելի ուշ պետքարտուղարության տեղակալի օգնական Բրայզան առանձին հանդիպել է ՕԵԿ արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերով նախ կին խորհր դ ա կան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանի հետ, ով վերջերս ՕԵԿ երիտասարդական թևի երկու ղեկավարների հետ հրապարակայնորեն լքեց կուսակցությունը։ Մկրտչյանը պնդել է, որ ՕԵԿ-ը զգալի խառնաշփոթի մեջ է, կուսակցության անդամները դժգոհ են Բաղդասարյանի կամայականություններից, կոռուպցիայից ու երկակի խաղերից։
Կուսակցության ղեկավարները արգահատանքով են լցվել՝ իմանալով Բաղդասարյանի՝ ընտրություններից առաջ իշխանության հետ գաղտնի գործարքի շուրջ բանակցելու վերաբերյալ, և վիրավորված են նրա բռնակալական հակումներից։ Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Բաղդասարյանի ստախոսության դեպքերին 2007 թվականի գարնանը Վաշինգտոն և եվրոպական մայրաքաղաքներ վերջինիս այցելությունների ընթացքում։ Զորօրինակ, Բաղդասարյանը Բրայզային անձամբ և ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներին ասել է, որ Կոնգրեսին կհամոզի Հայոց «ցեղասպանության» վերաբերյալ գրգռող բանաձև չընդունել, այնինչ անմիջապես հետո կոնգրեսմեն Ռադանովիչի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ձեռնամուխ է եղել բանաձևի օգտին եռանդագին քարոզի։
Ամենավարկաբեկիչն, այնուհանդերձ, Մկրտչյանի մեղադրանքներն էին Բաղդասարյանին՝ վերջինիս կողմից ՕԵԿ ցուցակում քաղաքական դիրքորոշում կամ փորձառություն չունեցող անորակ կադրերին տեղեր վաճառելու և գումարները գրպանելու կապակցությամբ»։ 07.YEREVAN1032. 16 օգոստոսի, 2007թ.)։
