Լոռու մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության բաժնի ավագ մասնագետ Արշակ Բաղդասարյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

Հարգելինե՛րս, ս/թ մարտի 25-ից  դադարեցնում եմ ծառայությունս ՀՀ քաղաքացուն, որպես Լոռու մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության բաժնի ավագ մասնագետ։

Իհարկե, ազատման դիմում ներկայացնելն ինքնին չէր, պատճառը՝ ֆեյսբուքյան իմ անձնական էջում իմ անձնական կարծիքն արտահայտելն է, իմ հարցազրույցները և Ֆեյսբուքում հրապարակային գրառումները։ Մարզային իշխանության կողմից ես ենթարկվել եմ բառիս բուն իմաստով քաղաքական հետապնդման, ինչու չէ, նաև սպառնալիքների, ճնշման փորձերի, և դա այն դեպքում, երբ 2018թ․  «թավշյա հեղափոխությունից» հետո երկրում հռչակվեց խոսքի ազատություն, ժողովրդավարություն․․․

Աշխատանքային պարտականությունների կատարման հետ կապված որևէ խնդիր չեմ ունեցել, և թող անհամեստ չհնչի, պարտականություններս կատարել եմ պատշաճ և ժամանակին։ Հիմա, առավել քան երբևէ, ես ավելի նախընտրում եմ ազատվել աշխատանքից, քան անօրինականության շուրջ գնալ ինչ-որ ստվերային պայմանավորվածությունների․․․                                                          Ապօրինությունը, կոռուպցիան, հովանավորչությունը, անարդարությունը կոռոզիայի են ենթարկում պետական կառավարման համակարգը, նվազեցնում են դրա գործունեության արդյունավետությունը և հասարակության վստահությունը պետական ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ․․․

Բոլորս խոսում ենք բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտության մասին, բայց ոչ բոլորս ենք պատրաստ ինչ-որ բան անել դրա համար։ Չի կարելի հանդուրժել արատավոր երևույթները և հետո ակնկալել դրական փոփոխություններ, առավել ևս պետական կառավարման համակարգում․․․

 Ընկերներ, շնորհակալ եմ բոլորիցդ համատեղ աշխատանքի և ջերմ հարաբերությունների համար։
