Սույն թվականի մարտի 21-ին ԱՀ ոստիկանության Մարտունու շրջբաժնի հերթապահ մաս հաղորդում էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն շրջանի Կարմիր Շուկա համայնքի բնակիչ Վ․Պ․ն նախորդ օրը տնից դուրս է եկել և չի վերադարձել։ Ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում Վ․Պ-ի հրկիզված դին հայտնաբերվել է նույն համայնքի վարչական տարածք հանդիսացող կոչվող տեղամասում, որը գյուղի՝ առաջնագծից ամենամեծ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող վայրերից է: Նկարագրված դեպքի կապակցությամբ 21․03․2021թ․ ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային քննչական վարչության երկրորդ քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 109-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն։

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ԱՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Ըստ նախնական տվյալների` հատկապես վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում Վ.Պ.-ն գտնվում էր հոգեճնշող վիճակում, ուշ-ուշ էր դուրս գալիս տնից, ծանր էր տանում 2020թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմում եղբոր որդու զոհվելու փաստը և հատկապես դյուրագրգիռ էր դարձել զոհված հարազատի վերաբերյալ հեռուստատեսությամբ հեռարձակված տեսանյութը դիտելուց հետո: Հաշվի առնելով սույն դեպքի կապակցությամբ զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով ներկայացվող տարբեր մեկնաբանությունները, հավաստիացնում ենք, որ նախաքննության ընթացքում առաջ են քաշվելու և քննության են առնվելու դեպքի հնարավոր բոլոր վարկածները, որոնց արդյունքների մասին կտրամադրվեն լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ։ Սակայն նախքան քրեական գործի մինչդատական վարույթի ավարտը խնդրում և հորդորում ենք` չտարածել այնպիսի տեղեկություններ կամ դեպքի վերաբերյալ անձնական այնպիսի մեկնաբանություններ, որոնք հաստատված չեն նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքներով ու կարող են հանրության մոտ չհիմնավորված խուճապի և մտահոգության պատճառ հանդիսանալ:
